Chapter-14: Mr. Dex.

All officers were inside meeting room. Cristina was telling what happened in those footages.

"Big Sir, all kidnapping… we seen in footages… it must happen like this."

…

She was showing demo of kidnapping. She called Alic as volunteer and 5 officers as scoundrels.

"Big… Sir. suppose, she is going to be kidnapped."

First. From any direction, they use some kind of dart for making female unconscious. Then 4 scoundrels come to garb, immediately… white van come and rand away with female.

…

One thing more.

"Everything is pre-planned."

Vick was thinking that if everything is pre-planned that means they already mark that female. Means they have details of that female.

"Good Cristina."

"Thank you, Big Sir." She was smiling because she is praising by him.

…

Lisa muttered with Eleena.

"Show demo of kidnapping was good idea rather than we see on footage."

Eleena smiled. "Next time onwards… we will give her all footage details."

….

Vick stand from his seat to say something.

"Officers… tomorrow night there will be illegal fight is going to happen. Our first target will be there, be prepared."

Lisa, "Place?"

Vick, "leave on me."

The night has come. All officers are ready. Cristina was excited because this is her first action time.

May went home early by officers.

Everyone listen,

"I want that man alive. He is having Cut marks on both side of his chicks."

We might face some problem also.

All officers… start move towards EL city. All were in formal dress. 5 cars with 3 officers inside each car.

Cristina was sitting with May and Eleena. "Madam… I am so excited."

Eleena, "Good."

Finally, all officers reach in front of under construction building whose outside wall has been constructed but from inside, it was not constructed.

"Mayra, closed all exits. I want everyone."

"Connor, Lisa, Eleena you there with me inside."

Cristina aske, "Big Sir… can I come?"

"You are new… you should stay away from these places."

"Big Sir… please…"

She starts making sad face and praying inside.

Lisa, "OK."

Vick, "Myra… anything wrong. Just shoot."

All five officers move inside. Ceiling were dirty and floors were filled with dust, wires were hanging from ceilings, walls.

"Vick, where we are going?"

He said… towards sound.

There was sound also coming. People were cheering and shouting. Finally, they reached fourth floor, where fight is going on.

That floor was inter connected with upper floors. There was a door from where officers entered.

There were huge crowd of people. Floors were inter connected and one side glassed. Behind that glass… there were high business man who make betting. 

Two mans were fighting and people around them were cheering. All five of them are finding that man.

Behind glass. There were rooms also. HD was also there, he was in shock when he saw Vick over there. He told Vector about this… but Vector was busy on looking at Lisa. But he also saw Cristina. "She is also good."

He smiled, take out his camera and click both pictures. "Vector, I think we should move from her!!"

"Ok…"

From somehow, they able to ran away from that place.

But inside V was searching Dex. Finally, Cristina saw a person have cut mark on chicks. "Big Sir… there he is."

But mean while Dex also notice Vick. He gets scared and start running upper floor. "Get him. Go."

Vick forget that there is fight is going in middle, he walks through middle. His eyes were fixed on Dex.

Suddenly.

A fighter was hitting on his opponent but he hits Vick, he does not move a single step back but it makes him angry. He kicked him on his chin. That impact was little bit high due to which that fighter body fly 2 feet above from ground and fall down.

Another fighter gets scared to see this and ran away. Officers were running behind him. Cristina shouted, "Police. Stop there."

Her sound creates tantrum inside building and stampede occurred. Officers behind Dex and Vick was also behind him. He ran inside a floor and try to escape but stuck at a floor.

Vick, "It's over… Dex."

…

He was stepping back and saw a plastic pipe, water was coming out from that pipe with high pressure. He ran and grab that pipe. He starts spraying of water on all of them.

"Hey!!... stop."

When he got chance, he ran down. This create angriness inside Vick. he shouted, "Go… catch him."

Officers ran behind him. He was going down by staircase and Vick was watching him, he was still on that floor and watching him going down.

When Dex reach down. All officers point their guns on him. All people who came there were arrested.

Suddenly,

Vick fall on the ground from sky. He smiled at him. "Running is good for health… Dex."

 And Punched on his face. "Take him to Police Station."

Next day starts.

Dex was inside special cell. Vick entered and lock doors from inside. Turn off the camera of the cell. He sits on the chair. Dex was also sitting on the chair.

"Dex, I will ask questions, if you don't answer…"

"Where are all females?"

He did not answer. He punched on his face and he start bleeding from his mouth.

"Give me the answer.  Where are all females?"

…

I don't know. I only know that I used to provide van. What they used to do white that van… I don't know.

…

"Who are they?"

I don't know their name but I remembered one man. He was having one fake eye… pure white but having small black dot in middle.

"How do they contact you?"

They used to come to me with mask on their faces.

Vick show them sketch of mask. "This type of mask?"

Yes.

"What else you know about them?"

This much only… nothing else.

Vick turn off voice recorder and stand from his seat. He again hit on his face and move out from the room.

He was confused by Lauren that why she had given his name. He does not know anything. "what I am missing?"

Outside his cabin.

One constable came with flowers and pen drive on his hand. He entered inside cabin. "Big Sir. someone had left this flower and pen drive on our gate."

Officers check the CCTV footage. But found nothing.

"Let's check the pen drive."

They connect pen drive with computer and open it. There was only one file and image. They open that file. It was a video. They opened.

It was message from Vector and HD.

 "HELLO… officer Vick, remembered me I am HD. I was surprised to see you in that fight… that kick was good. This is your second case which deals with females."

"I know you are searching all your female officers and those missing females. But I can't give them to you because… I had made deal. Sorry… I can't give all females back… but I can make deal with you."

He smiled.

"Join us."

"Join us Vick and earn life time money. Think about those 5 females and… that small little girl."

He was giving greedy smile.

"And I am Vector."

Lisa, "he that person… look at his eyes."

"HD always tell about you that you are dangerous, fearless and… hahahaha. I don't think you are such a fearless guy. In front of me. These are just females… and… we make a deal of them.

Hahaha….

Don't forget to open the image. By… officer Vick."

They open an image. It was image of Lisa which was circled marked and written as target.

All officers were shocked, "there target is you madam."

For few seconds there was a silence but Lisa smiled. "I am gone a kick… him on his face."

That time May was checking survey report and Police database. She found that there was a less reports of eve-teasing and there was zero missing case. "WOW!!... this is called fear."

In scoundrel area.

HD was asking to his local boys… why they are in fear? They have to complete order. But their boys are in fear, meanwhile Vector entered and said, "Let them go… I have a plan."

HD, "What plan?"

"We will find that man, whose daughter is with him. He will come and take that girl away from him and.

HD, "and?"

…

He smiled. "And… bring to us."

…

I found that his father is the biggest drunker after cheated by a woman. He can do anything for a glass of drink. He doesn't even know that he is still having a daughter.

HD smiled. Hahaha… "once… that little girl come to us, then whole Police will do whatever we said to them."

Hahahaha.

"Police will busy on Lisa and we will take that girl away."

Both know about the biggest weakness of Vick and they start working on them. They called their boys and ask them to take that man from China.

They also give all detail of that man, where they find him.

"Go."

HD, "What about Dex?"

Vector take a 2-glass filled with alcohol and give one glass to him. "I have a plan."

In Police Station.

Vick was sitting outside on tea stall. Eleena came to him and ask about those females who re in their cell where all arrangements available. He said that after 2 days I will talk to them but till then, take care of them.

He also said that Dr. Amanda should check them every day. Their health should be good.

Eleena was confused. Why he wants to take care of them? What happened to him?

… She wants an answer of those questions.
