With the gnolls in disarray, the pack leader gave an order.

After the leader of the gnoll pack said this phrase a very loud howl was heard. This was the gnolls' help signal.


Each gnoll screamed as loudly as they could, as this was their signal for help. Despite being in panic and not knowing whether to flee or fight, the gnolls followed the pack leader's orders. After all, gnolls had a strict hierarchy.


Taking advantage of this situation Lily cast an illusion spell. The magic Lily conjured was intended to elude the gnolls with higher numbers.


'I hope everything goes according to the master's plan. As the master indicated, Lily is putting together an illusion to appear more than we really are, because if they find out they can fight more fearlessly thinking we are less than we really are. Lily trusts the master.' Lily thought to herself as she performed the illusion magic.


"More reinforcement hahah from the enemy is coming hahah hahah"

The leader of this pack of gnolls looked at the situation where his pack was and started thinking.


We won't be able to survive before the reinforcements arrive and even if we do, we'll just make the reinforcements die here, the enemy is quite superior and we don't know how many more are lurking to ambush us.
