Claire placed the laptop aside as she pushed herself to her feet, "I asked you something."

"I mean..." Elvina started speaking and the frown on Claire's face disappeared, "Who speaks so politely to an intruder?"

"You... Livy..." Claire scanned the woman from head to toe, her expressions morphing to disbelief, "What kind of dress-up kink is this?"

In the human realm, she had heard of different dress-up kinks like the maid one and even the teacher one but Elvina's current look was out of her comprehension level.

Elvina rolled her eyes at her sister's exaggerated reaction, "I told you I had a plan."

"And this was your plan?" Claire stared at her pointedly.

"Archer once told me that 'keep your friends close and enemies closer'. It was not until yesterday that I realized how true it was," Elvina narrated the events of the whole day to Claire, including how she went to the Cardale Empires and how she got the job.
