Chapter 29 : The Start Of The Guild Tournament (HEALERS).

A day has passed since the previous event. Leo is currently sitting at the highest, most well-prepared throne to view the tournament he made. He assigned the best show host he could find for the tournament, making sure he would do well. Otherwise, Layla will be finishing him off.

"HELLO EVERYONE, I KNOW YOU ARE ALL EXCITED! TODAY'S TOURNAMENT ROLE WILL BE HEALERS! OUT OF MILLIONS OF PARTICIPANTS ONLY TEN PASSED!" A bald black man spoke through his mic with excitement. He was excited about his role in the tournament. The role Leo had offered him.

Of course, Leo did not plan to watch millions of healers at one time, that's why he gave them the first exam. And only the top ten of the participants passed the healing test. The test was about who could fastest heal the wounds of a badly hurt warrior. But this test will be different today.

"WELCOME AIRA, EDYM, ARTHUR, CASCO, ANDREA, NIKI, ANYA, CASANDRA, ANGELA, AND LOYD!" The bald black man introduced the top 10 participants. The crowd cheered happily for the participants that made it through the finals. Everyone seemed happy, enjoying their time as they watched the top ten healers of their guild.

Then Leo clapped his hands slowly, which caused everyone to turn their head in silence in the direction of their powerful Monarch. He looked majestic, yet with his excellent beauty, he had the aura that made anyone bow in fear. "Now now, calm down. The test is quite simple. You all have the right to use 20 Mp points, anything more than that and you are disqualified from the tournament."

Every healer gulped in fear listening to Leo's rules." You are to heal two inner wounds of the puppet that is placed in front of you. Remember you can only use 20 Mp. I wish you all good luck!" Leo proclaimed finishing his explanation. The crowd cheered, being excited. Who would've taught that healing would be this exciting and nerve-racking!

"I see, this is going to be difficult…" Aira glared at the puppet, she noticed there were three different inner wounds. This means that she could use only the basic spell to heal all the inner wounds. She held her breath for a little bit, and then she let it out. To ease her stress. She then pressed her fingers. Imagining a connection between the inner wounds, like a path that could solve the injuries with the basic spell.

"You gotta be kidding?!" Edym spoke in frustration and grabbed his head hard in stress, he didn't have any idea to solve this issue. "Using 20 Mp one can only use the basic healing spell, but how can a mere basic healing spell heal three inner injuries." Edym questioned himself in his thoughts. Trying his best to find a solution.

Arthur just kept staring with mana in his eyes at the injuries, he didn't speak, overly think of his current situation or curse his luck. He just observed the injuries, trying to find a way to solve his issues.

Casco grabbed a regular knife, Leo didn't specify to them the means of healing. That doesn't mean that they have to fully heal the puppet, rather just heal the inner wounds. Casco realized this and like a surgeon started to cut the areas where the inner injuries hid. So that he could more easily heal the puppet.

Niki was sweating a lot. She couldn't control herself, she felt like there wasn't any solution to her current predicament adding to that with a crowd of people staring at her every move, every normal human being would freeze in fear. But she collected herself and just as everyone else used mana in her eyes to inspect the puppet.

Anya didn't move, nor do anything. She just sat down and watched the puppet closely. Everyone was confused at her actions, they couldn't understand why would she just stare?

Cassandra smiled, she secretly had a Legendary Saintess job. She knew that her basic spell could easily heal all the inner wounds, but the spell needed time to form perfectly. So she started focusing on her mana concentration.

Angela did the same thing as Casco. She too realized that the puppet did not need to be fully healed. After she was done with her surgery. She slowly pressed her hands on the inner injuries, making her mana flow in a path of healing. Slowly preparing the basic spell.

Loyd shook his head, he thought he was the best of the best. He thought he was an elite, but he still couldn't figure a way to heal the puppet. But he didn't give up, he stood up, forming a strategy to heal the inner injuries.

"Amusing, some of them understood that they can use mana in their eyes and some have understood as well that they are not bound to save the puppet." Leo remarked to people that sat beside him, he was sitting beside Amelia and Emilia, and Layla was in his shadow nodding her head to her Master.

A being can use Mana in their body parts without losing their mana, they are making storage in their body that always lets out mana, making it circle in their body. Resulting in an endless cycle of mana, as long as the user can contain the mana in his/hers body.

"Even in this circumstance, they are still thinking of weird ways to heal the puppet, some may kill the puppet. But you didn't specify that the puppet needed to stay alive, to begin with. Did you my dear?" Amelia asked Leo giving him glimpses of her abyssal eyes.

"Yeah, I haven't. I wanted the artificial puppet to be alive at the end, but I have realized what rules I set. They can't heal the puppet and leave it alive with a basic spell. That is if they aren't a Saintess." Leo smirked giving his explanation to the three ladies that accompanied him. They all agreed to his explanation.
