EVERYTHING IS YOURS

The king approached his mate with a warm smile that was so rare for anyone to see, as the king had never stared at someone so fondly like he did with Hazel. He took her hand and kissed her knuckles before he guided her to their chairs.

This dining hall was very bright with a large and extravagant chandelier hanging in the middle of it, right beneath which was a long table with white golden sheet covering it.

"We will not sit at the heads of the table, right? It will be hard to have a conversation." Hazel saw how long the table was. It would require her to shout if she wanted to talk to Micah, which she didn't think was a nice idea.

"No, why would I want to be so far away from you?" Micah pulled a chair right beside his, as there were two chairs at one end of the table. "How was the pixie?" he asked with amusement.

That was what the seamstress used to make her follow her earlier, because she was reluctant to be away from the king.
