"Are you okay?" Archer asked Hazel, who was lying on the sofa, whimpering because her back was killing her. Jade had asked her to sit straight, while she taught her how to sit down properly.

Seriously, Hazel didn't have any idea that sitting down could be a torturing exercise until a few minutes ago.

Jade didn't allow her to bend her body forward or lower her chin. She also taught her how to walk gracefully and she said these were just basics. There was a lot more that she needed to learn for the next two months before her coronation.
