SEPARATION

It's a sleepless night for three of them. The next day Clae waked up by a bad dream about Eric who is on death bed and she was panting hardly also sweat formed on her forehead. After a while she came to reality and rushed towards Xander's room to know about Eric's condition. She knocked the door hurriedly and Xander opened the door with swollen eyes, Clae is not in such condition to notice that and all she held his hands started to question what happened. After a while Xander came back to sense and took his mobile to check whether he received any calls, as expected there is plenty of missed calls from his man and message, then he dialled the number which is connected in few rings.

Man: Sir, have tried to reach you but it's negative. As per your instructions I have checked about that person and just had sprin on his leg and nothing serious just small scratches on body apart from that he is perfectly alright also he would be discharged maximum by tomorrow. Most importantly it's not the opponents fault, this man is the reasons he drunk and drove the car also he tried to kiss the girl next to him by that time he lost his control on road which is main cause of accident. Also I have shared you that man's current photos in hospital you can have a look, is there anything you want me do sir?

(that man completed everything in one breath and on the whole conversation Xander haven't gave any response and Clae was staring him exceptionally. Then he responded to that man)

Xander: Alright then, update me once he returned to home and leave it after that.

( after giving his order he hangs up and turned towards Clae)

Xander: Clae just relax, Eric is perfectly alright and he just had some sprin in leg and small scratches, probably he would be discharged at anytime, if you don't trust me see these pictures.

( once he completes he shifted his mobile in her hand and Clae viewed it hurriedly. Once seeing his image only she felt little relieved but she was worried about Eric. All of sudden she hugged xander and thanked him with tears)

Xander: No need Dissy, we are friends so don't mention that, better have some rest and call him to know more about his condition, okay?

(he patted on her shoulder and consoled her to leave. Once she left the place he didn't whether to cry or laugh, it's the first time me Clae hugged him, but she did that too for another man. He laughed bitterly and hide into his room. But he said to himself that he want to show Eric's true face to her not to get her, it's only to save her from wrong hands. On the contrary Clae called Eric and had a long conversation and she felt little better then they bothe headed back to their rooms biding goodbye to Xander.

Days passed just like that and their exams too came. Meantime Xander need to return Texas for some work so he discussed with Lisa to plot against Eric and can prove his true color. By this Lisa was so happy atlast her friend would come out of evils hand. Then they arranged a slut for their idea by that Eric would fall on their trap easily. With that he bide his goodbye and headed towards Texas. As per their plan everything happened and even Xander collected some visual proof and audio proof about his true face. Then he returned back to Vancouver happily that finally Clae would get to know about Eric. Once he reached he called Lisa and explained everything and asked her arrange a private meeting by that they can explain Clae.

Xander: Listen Liss we must be very careful with each and every step and words, if one thing missed also we will lose, okay.

Lisa: Sure Xander, even I'm also waiting for this day since long, let's do our best.

Xander: Let's meet as per plan, bye then.

(As per their plan they met at their destination of Xander's private resort while entering itself Clae started to question her )

Clae: Liss, whose place it's is and why are we here?

Lisa: Clae come on, on my birthday I did as your wish but for just relax and come with me.

Clae: I'll but atleast tell whose place it is?

Lisa: Ni that's a suprise come

Clae: Alright then.

(once they stepped into a private room a huge hall decorated with roses welcomed both of them and the dinning was filled with all the variety of cusines and they both were stunned. Even Lisa knows about dinner she too didn't expect this much. In a while Xander appeared infront of them with his own maonic attitude. They both ran towards him and shared their happiness of his return and questioned about his journey and all.

Lisa: Hey Xander, how are you and how is your trip.

Clae: Hey partner, how was your work and when did you came back, huh?

Xander: Relax relax, both of you first have your seats and have some drinks for refreshment and we will continue, okay?

( they both giggled by his answer and settled on the dinning and started their chat)

Xander: So girls how was your days w by without me have you enjoyed, huh?

Lisa: Come on Xander, we really missed you alot, since it's short period of our relationship we missed you alot.

Xander: Try something better to make me believe, hanh.

Clae: No partner it's true we really missed your jokes, our shopping time everything. You won't believe due to absence we planned not to visit the places where we all went together, you know?

Xander: Okay, sounds like quite true, Dissy. Alright jokes apart, so Dissy how is written Eric, have you heard from him.

Clae: Yes partner, he is doing great and now started with his routine works and thank you for everything you did.

Xander: Clae, this is the last two me warning you for thanking me, okay?

Clae: Okay partner, i won't. Are you really alright your face seems to be quite worried and tensed with mixed emotions, is everything alright?

Xander: Technically no, actually one of my friend met with some personal issues that's why I'm quite worried.

Clae: Is anything serious, if you don't want to share then let it be.

Xander: Oh no nothing like that. Friend of mine was deeply in love with a man but he used to cheat on her back by having affair with other girls, drugs and soo on. Once day some of our friends caught that man with proof but still she didn't believe us, now we are wondering about that girls further and life and moreover that man is only with her for her assets. Now we are helpless to prove.

(he completes his words in one breath and shared a gaze with Lisa and she smiled for his smart move.)

Xander: So now tell me Clae as a girl how we can help her to find his true face, do you have any suggestions?.

Clae: We it's quite complicated since that girl have such faith on him he must to be loyal to her and if you want to her you can bring everything infront of her, maybe it helps.

Xander: Okay Clae whether these proof would be enough?

( by completing his sentence he kept the photographs and audios about Eric infront of her with shivery tone. Initially Clae haven't recognised his face later she saw his face and shared a fire piercing gaze towards Xander and Lisa. Without taking it seriously Xander played that audio proof collected and Clae shut her ears instead of listening)

Clae: Enoughhhh.

Xander: Dissy.

(she throwed everything on the table and glared them ferociously before starting)

Clae: Enough is enough Xander, I'm done with you people. I know about my Eric better than you people, so keep you nose out of this. Better don't make me repeat.

Xander: Dissy even if we gave you such solid evidence you are not ready to trust us, why is it so? we are worried about you, please try to understand.

Clae: Enough Xander please, if you keep on do this I'm left with no choice of breaking ties with you,huh?

( both of them stumbled by her words and glared her with pale face)

Lisa: Clae, why don't you atleast listen to us once please, we are also your friend wanted to give you best..

Clae: Friends , huhh. if you are my friends you won't question my trust on Eric and you won't break my heart with such absurd things and moreover I have solid proof than your about this, do you know?.

( both of them were confused by Clae's statement and shared a confused glance and waited for Clae to explain. Clae took one of the photos from the table and started to shout at them)

Clae : see the timing in this pics mentioned right? Exactly at this time me and write Eric was at a call on that day, this is more than enough to prove that my Eric is innocent.

(by completing her sentence she showed her call history to them. which made them totally upside down and glared her emotionlessly).

Clae: Liss I know you never liked Eric but I thought you will respect my feelings and decision but you let me down and you too Xander I trusted you more than anyone within this few days but you too let me down just like that,huh

(by completing her sentence she laughed bitterly and tears started to fell on her cheeks, by this Lisa stepped towards her for consoling but she was stopped at her tract itself by Clae's words)

Clae: Please Lisa, don't ever step near me and let me make this clear, from now onwards I would never ever ever continue my ties with you people and you too don't ever come infront me, atleast I hope you will respect my privacy.

(she ran out of the resort by grabbing her bag while sobbing and never turned back. Xander and Lisa were left alone on that place and they shared their gaze emotionlessly.)

Days passed just like but Cale haven't listened to either of their words, apologize, everytime they try to start their conversation but she will just turn her back and ran away. This make Xander feel so broken and Lisa too. once he completes his buisness trip Xander tried to bide goodbye to her but she never showed up in front of him. Then their exams ended and she came back to her hometown by leaving Lisa there itself. Lisa was totally heart broken that her childhood friendship was gone that to she can't able to digest. So she don't want to disturb Clae and headed overseas to continue her higher studies. But Lisa and Xander alone used to be touch but none of them got chance to know about Clae. Just like that years flew)
