I was currently seated in the banquet hall inside Ryugu Palace, drinking some of the best beer I've ever had, while I talked with King Neptune and his wife, "So let me get this straight, you want me to attend the Reverie, an event my Kingdom has never been invited to?" I nod making him continue "So why should I go, my people are slaves up there, and the moment I see them in chains I assure you I'll probably go on a rampage, and what guarantee do you have that those Tenryuubito scum won't try and take my family as slaves, I gave you the poneglyph to make sure my country was safe, not as a peace offering" hearing his valid concerns I start speaking "It's quite simple in return for you attending the Reverie all Fishman and Mermaid slaves will be released into your custody, and as far as your families security, you would be attending as a diplomat so immunity is granted to you" hearing that Otohime starts crying and asking "Do you really mean it, all of our people would be released, and no more would be captured?".
Smiling reassuringly I answer her "Of course, while the slaves will be released I can't promise you that your people will stop getting captured and sold, at least not by the Tenryuubito" a declaration that makes Otohime cry "Still other than attending the Reverie the Gorosei would like you to become an official part of the Government, do that and Fishmanisland will come under the protection of the marine, and don't worry about your safety I'll be escorting you myself".
"Fine we will attend the Reverie, when do we leave?" smiling at that I answer him "Whenever you're ready King Neptune".

As we were walking down the streets of Mary Geoise I could easily spot the shocked faces of the citizens, they were probably feeling like that because of the huge Fishman with a crown on top of his head.
As we got closer to Pangea Castle I was able to spot a Tenryuubito and his guards heading our way, and even though Neptune and his family had immunity it didn't mean that incidents couldn't occur, so before they came any closer I released a concentrated wave of conquerors haki at them, making them fall on the ground unconscious, making all the people that heard the sound of the bodies hit the ground turn around towards them making all of them panic, something that annoyed me greatly, so I decided to knock them out as well.
"Oy gaki, isn't it dangerous for you to unleash your haki at a Tenryuubito?" before I could answer someone does for me "Normally it would but seeing as the intention was to avoid conflict we will let it pass" turning around I see that the person who answered was the youngest of the Gorosei, bowing I greet him "Elder-sama I was not aware that you would meet the royal family personally" hearing my words the old man merely nods before continuing "We didn't deem it important to tell you, but you don't have to worry anymore I'll escort our guests the rest of the way myself" taking that as a sign of dismissal I bow at him and the people being escorted before taking my leave.

"Kong-san you called for me" those were my first words as I entered his office, looking up from his desk Kong greets me "I did Makeshi, I wanted to inform you that both Z and Kiroko have retire, so Kuzan and Borsalino will take their position as Admirals for the marine" hearing that I widen my eyes after all the show didn't exactly say when these two got their promotion "While Kiroko will be retiring permanently, Z will be taking the role as head instructor for the elite training camp" answering I say "I see that will be beneficial, even in his short time as a part time instructor Zephyr still managed to train a lot of strong people including the new Admirals" smiling at that Kong continues "With the two new Admirals taking their roll, both I and Sengoku have decided that, Rear Admirals Gion and Tokikake will be promoted to Vice Admirals, seeing as how your second in command was promoted I've decided to add a promising Rear Admiral named Issho to your squad, and trust me this guy in no joke he can probably rival you in strength so make sure to take advantage of that, now if you could excuse me I have a lot of work to do so you can go do whatever you want" leaving as told I can't help but smile widely knowing I have the chance to forge a friendship with a future Admiral, and one of the marines with best morals in the entire show and manga.

Seeing how Kong told me to do whatever I wanted I decided to sit in one of the gardens and eat some good old ramen.
Before I could truly relax, a young Issho walked up to me asking "Makeshi-san could I join you?" nodding at him Issho sits down and starts speaking "Sengoku-san told me I'd be in your unit, so I merely wished to introduce myself" giving another nod at him he continues "My name is Issho a Rear Admiral from HQ, I was recruited into the Marines during the draft, I specialize in swordplay, observation haki and the use of my devil fruit" at his introduction I merely smile and say "I'm Makeshi your new boss, I've been in the marines for fifteen years, I specialize in weapons usage, all types of haki and the rokushiki techniques, and what is your devil fruit? if you don't mind me asking" "I don't mind at all I ate the Zushi Zushi no mi, a paramecia type that allows me to control gravity even going as far as to drop down meteors from space" "I see well the I hope we can get along well Issho, and perhaps a spar at a later date to assess your strength would be good" to that he nods.
