"That rabbit will be our prey?" Looking at the strange but cute rabbit sleeping under a tree, Rika asked quizzically.

"That rabbit is dangerous... never underestimate your prey" Despite the fact that Fenrir has already eaten hundreds of these rabbits, he knows perfectly well that without the surprise factor, he would have a hard time thanks to these furry things.

"I don't think it's a big deal" Grabbing her sniper, Rika lay down on the ground and started calibrating the scope, while all the girls silently observe the situation.

After Fenrir talked about his hunting experiences and the girls understood that this forest is full of dangerous beasts, they all made the decision to dedicate themselves to learn from Fenrir and strengthen themselves.

But they never expected that the prey that Fenrir was so wary of would be a rabbit.

Sure, the rabbit is big and it certainly looks diabolical, but...

How dangerous can a rabbit be?

Having calculated the wind and everything necessary, Rika adjusted her breathing and pointed at the sleeping rabbit, then closed one eye and opened it again.

*Bang*

"I told you it was easy-" Cutting off her words, Rika's pupils narrowed to the size of a pin as she watched in slow motion as the rabbit hopped towards her and in less than a second appeared in front of her face.

"I told you not to underestimate it" Grabbing the rabbit that suddenly appeared in front of them with indifference, Fenrir glared at it and with a little more strength in his hands, snapped its neck.

"H-how did that happen!?" Opening her eyes in disbelief, Rika exclaimed unconsciously "I clearly saw that the bullet was about to hit him!"

*Thud*

"The noise of your gun woke him up and he attacked you..." Throwing the rabbit in front of Rika, Fenrir looked at the rest of the girls and continued "These rabbits are dangerous... remember this, you should never underestimate your prey no matter what it looks like."

"*Gulp*" Swallowing saliva from a sudden shiver, Kiriko looked sideways cautiously and asked "Y-you said there were hundreds of these rabbits, didn't you?"

"Yes... I already killed a few, but I hundred quite a few around the area."

Listening attentively to everything Fenrir says, Saya nodded in understanding and quickly jotted down in a small notebook in her hand, while Shizuka put a finger to her mouth and suddenly stretched out her hand towards Fenrir.

The instant Shizuka stretched out her hand, a mysterious light blue aura covered it, causing Fenrir to frown slightly as he looks down at his hands.

"Do you feel something?" Cocking her head innocently, Shizuka asked.

"Yes... I think you made me faster."

"Hehe~" Laughing happily, Shizuka crossed her fingers and commented "I was inspired by the rabbit's speed...once I thought of that, it was easy to control my power"

"That'll help quite a bit" Casually commenting, Rei looked at the dead rabbit on the ground and muttered "But I guess we still have a lot to learn"

"So... we have to kill that thing?" glancing somewhat nervously at the giant rabbit sleeping in the distance, Kiriko whispered.

"I already taught you the basics... watch the wind, watch where you step and attack where you can draw the most blood from the enemy... against prey stronger than you, it's best to weaken it while you endure" Crouching down while looking at the rabbit he chose to avoid earlier, Fenrir continued "You are part of my pack... you have to learn to hunt"

"My goodness~" Hugging Fenrir, Shizuka whispered "You're so cute when you act responsibly and seriously~"

"You find everything Fenrir does cute" Rolling her eyes, Rika looked at the giant rabbit and muttered "If the little rabbit was a disaster to hunt, I don't even want to imagine this beast"

After more than two months, Fenrir devoted himself completely to teaching his pack how to hunt. Obviously within those teachings he never forgot Anouk and Ankor, because, although the two wolves had some experience, they were certainly much more inexperienced than Fenrir, especially young Anouk.

At first it was a bit strange for the girls to have two tenebrous wolves hanging around their house, but after a while they simply accepted it, not to mention that they thought it was cute that the wolves made an effort to look small and submissive.

But moving on to the rabbits.

After a week of failed attempts, finally one of the girls was able to kill one, and to no one's surprise, that woman was Saeko.

Having almost the same senses as Fenrir and being quick to learn, Saeko didn't find it too difficult to control the stealth and kill them without the rabbits feeling her coming.

But unlike Fenrir, she couldn't handle them when the rabbits sensed her, still not being able to react in time when those fast rabbits pounced on her.

After another 5 days, Rika also managed to kill a rabbit.

Unlike the hunting instinct learned by Saeko, Rika chose a slightly more cunning yet brutish plan.

Grabbing a piece of meat, Rika climbs a tree and throws the piece of meat underneath her, then waits for the prey and pounces on it.

It may take hours just to kill a rabbit, but as a practical experience, it will no doubt serve the woman well enough to learn to listen to her own body.

Just like these two girls, they all learned the basics of hunting, each of them having already managed to kill at least one rabbit in practice.

Well, almost all of them.

Shizuka simply didn't have the heart to do it even though she had more than one chance, and considering that her powers are more of a support type, the decision was made to take that responsibility away from her for now.

Each and every one of the girls used their own attributes against the rabbit.

Saya prepared a trap in the ground, digging a hole with spikes underneath and a piece of meat as bait.

Rei worked together with Saya, because even though she can't control her powers, if she focuses enough she can create a pair of slightly sharp spikes on the ground.

Obviously that's no good in combat yet, as it takes her minutes to form only 3 spikes and certainly no enemy will wait for her, but for now it's better than nothing and she's certainly getting better every day.

Yuuki was simpler and certainly surprised the girls.

She simply winked at the rabbit and the rabbit was stunned just by the sight of her, after that the seductive woman walked towards the furry animal and without any hesitation slit its neck.

But when they all used their strategies, Kiriko was the brute of it all, simply opting to go all out and fight the rabbit directly.

Needless to say, she got hurt many times and if it wasn't for Fenrir, she would have died more than once.

But with her new crazy dragon regeneration and tough skin, the wounds were nothing more than scratches that didn't even last a minute.

"So... how do we do it" Turning her gaze to Rika, Kiriko asked.

"It's complicated... despite the fact that it's quite big, we don't know how fast and strong it will be... we also don't know if it controls any kind of power although I highly doubt it" Thinking deeply, Rika turns to Saya and asks "Any ideas?"

"..." Looking at the rabbit silently for a few seconds, Saya sighed "I still think it's still too much for us... we're just getting our strength and powers under control. Hopefully we can deal with the small rabbits and certainly this big one must be some kind of chief rabbit... but I also realize that only these situations will help us assimilate our new bodies more."

"We can't make close traps as it would hear us, it wouldn't be a good idea to lead it into a trap either because we don't know its speed... it wouldn't be a good idea to fight it head on either as we can only use brute force and our fighting techniques are scarce... I really don't see any option that would give us more than a 50% chance of killing it-"

"You are thinking too much" Sitting on the ground, Fenrir leans his back on the tree and turns his gaze towards the rabbit "If I brought you here, it's because I know you can kill him... I know I'm not as smart as you, but I know you are making a mistake right now".

Looking at each of the girls, Fenrir continued "You are no longer mere humans, stop thinking like one.... Kiriko is a dragon, Rei a Phoenix, Saeko a wolf, you all changed who you used to be... stop thinking like a human and start thinking like a dragon, think like a phoenix, think like a wolf, think about who you really are."

"What you lack is to listen to your body, listen to your instinct as you usually call it" Wrinkling his nose while showing his teeth, Fenrir continued "Just forget all tactics and focus on killing your prey... that is the only thing that will teach you what you need."

Just as Fenrir says.

The biggest hindrance for the girls today is that they overthink something as easy as controlling their bodies.

Fenrir understands a little bit the problem of the girls, because he may not be the smartest in human reality or any exact field like mathematics.

But if there is something in which he specializes perfectly, it is how to fight and how to hunt.

And looking at his pack now, he can tell at a glance that none of them are close to being able to defeat a wolf as careless as Anouk.

What they need is to unleash their blood, unleash the beasts in their hearts, and only then will they be able to bring out the true potential of their bloodlines.

Why would a dragon want to use a firearm when its speed can outrun a bullet and its claws can penetrate almost anything?

Why would a wolf use katanas when its claws can be stronger and more lethal?

This is something that Fenrir easily understood and that's why he put his katanas aside when he could easily be using them right now.

"You are no longer human... don't forget that" Whispering softly, Fenrir gave the rabbit one last look and closed his eyes.

"Wow" Raising her eyebrows in surprise, Saya murmured "That was incredibly profound coming from you... but it certainly has its truth."

Smiling quizzically, Kiriko lowered her gaze and looked down at her hands "Thinking like a dragon..."

Closing her eyes, Rika inhaled deeply and calmed her heart, then opened her eyes again and looked coldly at the rabbit.

Without a second thought, Rika suddenly lunged forward, then clasped her fingers together and formed a point with her hands and used her claws as an edge.

Reaching behind the rabbit's back, Rika applied all her strength to her arm and managed to bury her hand under the rabbit's fur, causing a large spurt of blood to splash onto its face as the rabbit squealed loudly and began to rise quickly.

"*Squeak!*" With a furious squeak, the rabbit stood up and looked down at the woman covered in her blood, then opened its mouth menacingly and raised its paw.

"To hell with it all" Gritting her teeth, Kiriko shut off her brain and ran towards the rabbit, then whirled around quickly and jumped onto the animal's back.

Grabbing hold of the rabbit's fur, Kiriko began to climb quickly and reached the neck, then stretched out her fingers and stabbed the back of the neck.
