Fenrir still remembers perfectly well when he killed an alpha of another pack and the wolves instead of fleeing as his first pack did, this pack was filled with fury and attacked him blindly.

Needless to say, Fenrir won, but he was on the verge of death for days.

So today is extremely complicated for Fenrir, because even if he wins against the alpha, he knows perfectly well that uniting the enemy pack in his own and even avoiding a fight afterwards, will be extremely difficult.

Even more so if the opposing pack is formed by pure sons of the alpha and the beta, something very common among wolves.

Arriving at the other pack's territory, Fenrir did not stop his pace and ran quickly to where he estimated the alpha was, without caring about the gaze of more than one wolf on the way.

Finally reaching the center of the enemy territory, Fenrir suddenly found himself surrounded by more than 30 wolves, while all of them were looking at him menacingly and several were twice as big as him.

"GRRR!!!" Instantly a loud growl came from the trees, while a wolf of about 9 meters slowly peeked out looking at Fenrir with obvious murderous intentions.

The wolf certainly is an alpha, and one only needs to see it to notice it.

Having a gigantic body frame, the wolf seemed to give off a brutal aura with its dark fur and crimson eyes, while its open muzzle let show its sharp teeth that still dripped blood from today's meal.

"Grrr!" Feeling no fear for the enemy alpha, Fenrir began to slowly circle slowly around the giant wolf, while his own pack growled at the other wolves.

Instantly all the tension in the place reached a peak.

The alphas looked at each other with obvious aggression and each pack was ready to fight on the spot, but knowing that this fight is decided by the strongest, they waited patiently for their respective leaders to act.

Certainly the scene was somewhat comical considering that Fenrir is currently only about 1.5 meters tall, while the other alpha is a giant next to him.

But that doesn't take away from the fact that the atmosphere they both give off is equally powerful, no, they both have so much presence that, even though right now they look at each other with hostility, it's easy to see in their eyes the recognition towards the rival.

"Grrr!" growling sideways, Fenrir looked back at the alpha and growled softly "Grrr~"

As if understanding Fenrir's intention, the alpha looked sideways and growled softly, causing his entire pack to drop their hostile attitudes and sit up and look intently towards the two alphas.

"*Growl!*" With a strange growl, the alpha lunged at Fenrir and swung his right paw towards Fenrir, something that our wolf dodged by luck and the trees behind him were instantly seen only by the air that formed the attack.

Watching out of the corner of his eye the trees slowly fall, Fenrir quickly retreated and looked at the enemy alpha with surprise, never seeing such a dangerous high as that in any other enemy.

Walking slowly in a circle while the giant wolf stared at him, Fenrir quickly turned his eyes sideways and with a quick thought, ran into the forest, being instantly chased by the enemy alpha.

Running agilely through the gigantic roots and the large grasses that cover the place, Fenrir suddenly turned and with a strong impulse, rushed at the wolf that was following his step.

Being taken by surprise, the alpha could not react and before he could process everything, he felt a strong pain in his neck, causing him to growl in fury and shake his claws at Fenrir.

Quickly jumping off the neck, Fenrir buried his claws into the giant wolf's sides and causing a great deal of wounds on his way, he climbed onto the wolf's back and ran towards its neck, then buried his two claws deep into hard flesh and started biting hard into the fur.

Shaking his head frantically, Fenrir managed to tear off a large chunk of flesh, causing blood to splash violently towards his face and the alpha without wasting any time, shook his body hard to the right, causing Fenrir to be propelled against his will.

With a swift movement, the alpha lunged at Fenrir in the air and quickly waving his paws, managed to pierce Fenrir's back with one of his claws.

"Grrr!" Gritting his teeth at the devastating pain, Fenrir being impaled by a claw, forced his body and without thinking of himself, forced by sheer brute force to free himself from the claw, but on the way losing a large amount of flesh and almost leaving the bones of his back visible.

Staggering while looking at the gigantic wolf with defiance, Fenrir's eyes shone for a few seconds, and then he ran towards the front paw of the enemy wolf and without even moving he was crushed by the animal's swift defense.

Growling softly, the animal lifted its paw to look for its possibly already dead enemy, but suddenly a sharp pain enveloped its left eyelid as the blood blinded it completely.

"*Growl!*" Backing away while shaking his face, the gigantic wolf unconsciously closed both eyes, without understanding who attacked him or from where.

Fenrir without wasting time after his surprise attack, swung his tail hard to the side and taking advantage of the momentum, he dug his claws into the wolf's cheek and fell tearing all the fur on his way, to then seize even the animal's roar of pain and run towards the hind legs.

Recovering from the attack, the gigantic wolf looked around for its enemy, while its attacked eye was forcibly closed, causing its marvelous vision to be considerably reduced.

Leaping towards the hind leg, Fenrir reached the heel part and without wasting any time, bit down hard on the weakest part of the spot, to then shake his head and cruelly tear off a large chunk of flesh.

"*GROWL!!!!*" Shrieking loudly, the wolf quickly turned his gaze back as his heavy body was forced to limp, but before he could react, another strong pain enveloped his other hind leg and unable to resist his own weight, his body fell heavily.

*Thud!*

Raising a large cloud of dust, Fenrir swallowed the two hard but delicious tendons of his enemy's heel and slowly walked towards the animal's large head.

With the dust slowly dispersing, Fenrir finally managed to stand face to face with his enemy's predatory eyes and calmly looked at him, easily noticing the lack of voluteness and anger in that gaze.

"Grrr~" Walking erratically in front of the wolf, Fenrir never lost his gaze on his enemy's eyes and growled softly.

Understanding Fenrir's growl, the wolf turned his gaze sideways and observed his entire pack staring at him, causing a great sense of humiliation to engulf him and if it weren't for the fact that he literally couldn't feel his hind legs, he would stand up even if it meant death.

"Grrr..." Stepping on the gingery nose in front of him, Fenrir brought his face close to one of the eyes and stared at it, causing the giant wolf to lose himself to the strange feeling Fenrir's golden eyes gave off.

"Grrr~"

And to the animal's bewilderment, he once again found himself standing in front of Fenrir with both of his hind legs fully intact.

Rolling its gaze to its back in confusion, the wolf lifted its paws one by one, then turned to the wounded Fenrir and growled doubtfully "Grrr?"

"Grrr!" Showing his canines, Fenrir stood firmly despite having a horrible wound on his back and growled sideways, causing the Alpha to look at him silently for a few seconds and growl softly.

Lifting both his paws one last time to make sure he really was okay, the alpha looked sideways and growled loudly "Grrr, Grrr, Grrr, Grrr!"

With his entire pack arriving quickly and this time not being an illusion, the alpha looked at Fenrir for a few seconds and without any reluctance, bowed his head towards him and hid his tail between his legs, causing his entire pack without hesitation to follow in his footsteps.

"Grrr~" Nodding softly, Fenrir looked sideways with satisfaction and looked up, then gathered air in his lungs and howled loudly "AUUUUUUUU!!!"

"AUUUUUUU!!!"

Instantly, dozens of loud howls enveloped entire miles of the forest, causing all nearby beasts to tremble at an unknown primal fear and marking this day as the rise of a new ruler.
