Billionaire Playboy

Joey sighed, realizing that he should have handled that little encounter a lot better. He didn't want to have to deal with rumors. He was already at odds with the board as it was. He didn't need any more scrutiny to make things worse for him.

There was going to be a vote of no confidence and his position was going to be in jeopardy.

They couldn't do that to him though, he thought at first. He wasn't so naïve to imagine that he was not replaceable even if it was true that his father started this company from the ground up, with nothing but his sweat and hard work.

They didn't understand that. He was trying to make sure that his father's dream stayed alive.

They didn't get it. Now it was just a company of old board members who felt like they knew the best way to keep that dream alive. Heck, they didn't even care about his dream speak less of caring to keep it alive.
