Ella stared at him as if she was trying to decide what was going on in his head.

"What's wrong?" He suddenly asked.

She noticed that she da been lost in her head since he had decided to talk about her boyfriend. It was going to seem a little bit too weird if she denied vehemently. She needed to play it very cautious and reply as nonchalant as possible. Although the chance of that happening was going out the window by the minute. The last thing that she had said was 'Oh' as she decided to get lost in her head.

Something in her piqued. Was he curious to know if she was spoken for in the three short months from when they had met? Although in her defense, he never asked if she was single or spoken for even then. All she wanted to do was get off the road that time when she happened to meet him and he changed her life this much.
