Ella had been gone for almost two weeks. The business at home was all over but she still didn't know how to make herself grieve. She was back to work now and it didn't matter what she had gone through. She needed to get herself back to work and not think too much into it. It was a little but typical of her to avoid what was really going on in her life and she did not want to deal with it at all.

She had grieved enough and now it was time to get back to work. She did not even begin to imagine the amount of changes that she had to deal with at her work place. She knew that she would find none of them favorable. Mostly because Lisa hated her and she was furious that she got hired to begin with.
