The Slaughter II

"Goddammit!" Staggering to my feet, I ignored the nauseating sensation rising from out of my gut up toward my throat. Without relying on my sight, I burned my Abyssal Qi, channeling [Gravitational Sensory] to create an intricate 3D matrix down to the smallest speck of dust across my mind. 

When I pushed forward, ducking mere moments before a Mantis's razor-sharp claw sought to steal my head. Laevetein whipped out several times in half a breath, carving the mantis into seven pieces before it became aware of its death.

Suddenly, Zanifar flashed into my left hand as I advanced on my main target: The Hippogriff struggling to stand. 

 I had severed the spine, but it still seemed that despite the permanent damage Laevetein had caused, it could still move. However, I was lucky. The crash had shattered many of the bones in its wings, making flight impossible.
