15. Protective Best Friend.

"Keep the juice on the table and leave." Sherin said as she looked at the maid and she nodded keeping the juice on the table.

"Have the drink first." Sherin said and Ashely walked towards the table and sat down on the couch taking the juice from there.

Ashely sipped on her drink and then looked at Sherin to see her still looking at her sternly with her hands folding on her chest.

"What?" Ashley asked with an annoyed face and Sherin sighed as she walked towards her. Sitting down on the couch in front of her, She looked at Her.

"I don't think, you are alright, Ashely... What is bothering you? You were okay till last night. What's wrong?" Sherin asked and Ashely shook her head in no as she took another sip on her drink.

"Nothing." Ashely answered.

"I know you since last 21 years, Ashely. I can sense you easily if you are worried or bothered about something or not! Don't you dare to lie to me, Ashley... You can never fool me." Sherin said and Ashely chuckled making her frown.

"It's really nothing, Sherin. You are thinking too much." Ashely replied as she took another sip of her drink.

"Is this about your boyfriend who kissed a girl last night in the car?" Sherin suddenly asked making Ashley stop sipping on her drink and looked up at Sherin with a stern face as this is totally out of her mind but she doesn't want to make her boyfriend look so low in Sherin's eyes.

"He already explained himself last night, Sherin. It was a mistake and he promised it won't happen again. You had heard him too... Didn't you? So, I am not bothered about it anymore. I know, he won't lie to me." Ashely replied making Sherin roll her eyes.

"Tsk... Tsk... My love, How can you believe him blindly when you don't believe others so blindly? I don't really understand, What made you even fall for him in the first place?" Sherin asked as she looked at Ashley making her smile.

"His love. Of course. I fell for him because he loves me and cares about me." Ashley answered with a smile as her eyes twinkled and Sherin just stared at her as she so wanted to let that stupid boyfriend go of her as she belives that, He doesn't really deserve her best friend at all. She hates Ashely's boyfriend to her guts. She has this strong feeling that, he is no good for her best friend and she, so wants to prove her that but she had not got enough proofs to tell her.

She thought, last night incident will make sure that Ashley let go of him but, he had tricked her well enough to give him an another chance which Ashley rarely gives to anyone. It's really hard to believe it this is the Ashley she knows from the last 21 years whenever she is in front of her boyfriend. She will totally change into a sweet girlfriend. She wishes, that Ashely gets someone who Pampers her and spoils her... And value, respect her unless like her boyfriend. But hence, she is not the one to judge anyone unless she has enough proofs in her hands and everytime she tries it, Her boyfriend surely slide off the things easily and Escape from the incident as if he doesn't exist there. With her busy schedule, she couldn't focus on him much either.

She wishes, she is beside Ashley everytime and watch her boyfriend moves which Ashley can't see but she promised herself that she will protect her best friend at any cost!

"Excuse me, Miss... What are you thinking so deeply about?" Ashely asked as she looked at Sherin and she shook her head in no.

"Nothing. Just... not fully awake yet." Shedin answered as she giggled making Ashley chuckled.

"You okay?" Sherin asked and Ashely nodded.

"Yes... I am alright. Go... Get fresh up now!" Ashley said making her frown at her.

"You sure?" Sherin asked.

"Oh god. Of course, I am." Ashely answered and Sherin nodded.

"Alright. If you say so. I will get fresh and come to the dining room. Let's have break fast together." Sherin said and Ashely nodded.

Sherin looked at Ashely for the last time before walking out of the gym making Ashley sigh.

"Only if you know, Sherin... I don't want you to be worried about me." Ashley said as she kept the juice glass on the table and grabbed the napkin and her phone. She wiped off her sweat, getting up from the couch. She walked out to the balcony to get some fresh air. She sat down on the couch, closing her eyes trying to relax only to wake up as her phone pinged with a text from her PA.

She opened the text and saw the text from her PA which says that, Her car chauffeur had been changed as her old chauffeur left the job due to some reasons and maybe her chauffeur might be a little late today for work as its his first day and he had been called to the work without further ado.
