6 - Viridian Battle Dome (Ash Verse)

After resting in Viridian City, Misty and Ash went to the Mart to restock, mostly from Misty money since Ash doesn't have much money to spend at this time.

After some minutes to buy all sort of things, Ash and Misty went to see the Gym. In front of it there was a sign and the doors of the Gym were closed.

["Viridian Gym: The strongest Ground trainer G..."]

"Huh? The sign is unreadable....But the name starts from G." Said Ash confused

"G huh? There aren't a lot of names that starts from that in the Gym System. Hopefully we will crack this code" Said Misty

"So, except for this Gym, are there something to do in this City, Misty?" Ash asks

"Well, there is a Battle Dome in this City, after the ones from Hoenn. Would you like to visit this place Ash?" Said Misty

"Well yes, there could be an occasion to train my pokemons, and since i don't know very much about them, i would like to try this place. Do you have anything in sfavor?" Ash asks

"No, then i will take you to this place then. Follow me." Said Misty

Ash follows Misty in a more recluded part of the city, where there was much privacy from seeing eyes of others...mischef could happens...

Ash and Misty after some minutes arrives at a circular dome in the center of the city, this was the Battle Dome of Viridian....

The doors opens for them..

A butler was expecting people to join them.....

"Welcome to the Battle Dome, what would you like to do here today?" Ask the butler

"I'm Ash and i have come here today to visit this place and Misty here said that i could train my pokemons here." Said Ash

"Oh yes, training and battles are things you could do in this Battle Dome. Follow me" Said the butler

Ash and Misty follows the butler into a gigantic room, armed with training tools and there was a mini arena to do some battles.....

"With a discount of 1000 Pokedollars you could become a Onorary Member of the Battle Domes of Kanto, and you could battle trainers and do training here indefinitely after the membership. So what do you think?" Asks the butler

"Well it could be interesting, i accept." Said Ash

"I refute since i'm already a Member hehe" Said Misty

Ash got his membership card after enrolling into the Dome System of Kanto.

"I would like to train for one hour and do a battle after this training, please" Said Ash to the butler

"Very well, i will give you privacy for the training. Call me when you want to have a battle assigned." Said the butler

After some minutes Ash calls all of his pokemons, Pikachu and that strange Pidgeotto and use the pokedex to see the informations about them.....

"This Pikachu is Male, and knows these moves: Thundershock, Nasty Plot, Charm, Sweet Kiss, Thunder Wave, Quick Attack, Tail Whip, and the egg move Electric Terrain unlocked.

Remember that a Pokemon could use only 4 moves during battles."

"Huh, a lot of moves and i don't really know about them...Dex, could you please explain them to me?" Said Ash

"Affermative. The moves are these.

Thundershock - Deals special small electric damage and it have a small chance of paralizing the enemy pokemon

Nasty Plot - Increase greatly the Special Attack

Charm - Decrease greatly the attack of an enemy pokemon by being nice

Sweet Kiss - Release a special kiss move that confuse the opponent, and it have a medium chance to hitting themselfes while attacking

Thunder Wave - Release an arc of current that paralize the opponent pokemon

Quick Attack - An attack used in a very speedly attack pattern

Tail Whip - Wag your tail to decrease the opponent defence by a little

Electric Terrain - Create an electric field, that prevents sleepness and increase the damage of electric moves by 50%"

"I see so these are the moves of Pikachu. So what about Pidgeotto?"

Ash use the pokedex on Pidgeotto

"This Pidgeotto is Female and knows these moves: Snarl, Leer, Dragon Breath, Quick Attack, Whirlwind, Pursuit"

"Huh dex could you introduce the moves for me?" Asks Ash to the pokedex

"Affermative.

Snarl - The user yell at the enemy pokemon, damaging it with dark type damage and reducing the special attack

Leer - The user uses his eyes to intimidate the opponent pokemon and lowers the target Defences stats

Dragon Breath - The user uses a breath attack that does midly dragon type damage and it have a chance to paralize the opponent

Whirlwind - The user pick up winds to switch the opponent pokemon

Pursuit - The user use a dark type physical attack that does mild damage and it double the power if the opponent switch the pokemon"

"Thanks Dex. Well, these are a lot of different moves huh. But i guess its for variety."

Ash after some minutes have a program in his mind, like something completely unnatural, but he doesn't care, so he will do his best to train his pokemons.....

And after a while, he trained them in their moves to see the coordination, speed and other things. He is satisfied by his job.

After his training he was ready for a battle so he called up the butler....

"Very well, are you ready for a battle then?" Said the butler

"Yes, thank you." Said Ash

"Then follow me to the arena" Said the butler

After a minute of walking they arrived to the arena, Misty was in the balcony to see Ash battling.

"I will call your opponent. Expect him/her in a minute or so" Said the butler

After a minute, one known boy appared in front of Ash

"Ashy-Boi, we meet again, ready to lose?" Said Gary

"I will not lose to you Gary!" Said Ash

"Then you could start when you are ready" Said the butler

"The battle between Gary Oak and Ash Ketchum starts now. Commence!" Said the butler

The two trainers called their pokemons, Gary with a Eevee and Ash with his Pikachu

"Let's go Eevee/Pikachu!" Said Ash&Gary at the same time

"Pika/Evoi"

"Let's start with a Quick Attack Eevee!"

Eevee starts with a rapid attack aganist Pikachu, but Ash was ready

"Pikachu, use Quick Attack as well to evade, then use Sweet Kiss when you are in range!" Orders Ash

Pikachu easily evades the attack of Eevee and tries to use Sweet Kiss, but Gary was ready as well

"Eevee use Quick Attack, quickly to avoid!" Said Gary a little worried

But Eevee its not quick enough to evade the attack and become confused

"Eevee/Nice job Pikachu"

Gary was confused on why Ash was this strong, he started his journey for little time so how?!

"Use Elettric Terrain Pikachu, then prepare a Thundershock!" Orders Ash to Pikachu

Pikachu creates using his tail an eletric arena then charges a thundershock at full power aganist Eevee

"Eevee snap out the confusion, please!" Said Gary

Too bad, its seems that Eevee its in pain and doesn't listen to Gary voice

"Pika-chu!"

Pikachu attacks Eevee at full power and it hit him, its even a critical hit!

Eevee falls to the ground, exausted

"Ash Ketchum wins this battle!" Said the butler

"Yes we won/Pika!" Said Ash&Pikachu

"Sigh...I'm sorry Eevee, its seems we lost, return/Evoi" Said Gary returning his pokemon into the pokeball

"Ashy-Boi you are strong, but we will battle again, i'm not losing next time! Smell ya later" Said Gary arrogantly

Gary Oak went away from the Dome and its already late afternoon.

"We are closing for the night, go to the Pokemon Center to rest" Said the butler to Ash and Misty

"Yes Ash, let's go" Said Misty

Ash and Misty, who are very tired, went to the Pokemon Center to rest finally, after such a long day.

Reukra, meanwhile, its finalizing in his lab a recipe for Pokemon Food, but its a story for another day.

The day ends for all.
