Part 13 : Hendrik's Anger

Since I got home from Roni's house, I locked myself in my room. All the memories with Key who flashed in this house tried to erase. I must be firm with myself in order to break the chain of poverty that has ensnared us since the days of our ancestors.

"What are you doing? Why not welcome me?" Hendrik had stood beside the bed where I was sitting.

I saw the wall clock. It's eleven o'clock at night. It turned out that I had missed two meals, also forgot to take a shower. Even when Hendrik opened the door I didn't realize it.

As if understanding the burden I was carrying, Hendrik crouched down in front of me. He held this forehead, then stroked my cheek.

"Why are you?" he asked again.

I shook my head.

"Where's Key?" asked Hendrik. It's like I don't accept my answer.

"Stay at her father's house."

Hendrik's eyes were wide-eyed.

"Why?" He was astonished. You see, as far as Hendrik knows my daughter is happy to live in this house.
