Seven People were discussing the future Direction of Humans and two were searching for Cynus Civilization in the asteroid belt.

This Screen in middle lit up,

Leo "Sir we found Cynus civilization but…" his face was like taking a hit

Stark stood up "But what??"

"Its more like they allowed us to find them."

The conference was shocked as there were no better radar than the three of them and even they could not find any clues."

"But wasn't Cynus civilization a mid-stage Terrestrial Civilization, is it fake or they made it like that to us."

"No sir Cynus civilization is still only a Terrestrial Civilization and even a weak one but the point is they don't use a shred of electric energy or nuclear energy their Space ships only work on gears and levers a pure mechanical civilization and their people are small than a cat. Maybe you should meet them."

As the first interstellar civilization which could have peace talks with each other was held in high regards by the humans.

The conference was scheduled to be held on Mars as earth had too many secrets being held such as nuclear fusion engine which sends up huge amounts of energy bursts per test and the planetary shield which was derived from the remnants of the original planet of Jena's.

Two spaceships docked the spaceport orbiting Mars and a small grey life like grey matter in Ben 10, were talking with Prathamesh and Leo on the way to the conference hall where rest of the 7 were waiting.

The conference was recorded but not live broadcasted as it may include some sensitive information such as parasite civilization.

As the normal round table 9 people from humans and 2 from Cynus were sitting on it.

Food and drinks were arranged on the table. And the two civilizations were waiting for someone to take initiative as the banquet was in progress.

The first to break the situation was Cynus as they were the ones with request.

"Hello humans, let me introduce myself I am Ileyt Commander of Cynus civilization , and he is the prince Liliath, we have no enmity with you all we just want to find a planet to stay and if possible as the human civilization to help us we are willing to donate our data"

Raze looked at him and spoke softly "a planet is your data worth it, and we cannot free a planet for your civilization. As for Parasitic civilization they will need at least 20 years to come here, even if they have a higher level space path technology it's the same by that time we would be capable of facing it.

Being focused by eight people each one stronger than him Ileyt spoke calmly "Yes it will satisfy you as our civilization is a merchant civilization we have many details of the local river of stars."

Novara "River of stars means Orion Arm."

"If you could call it like that yes."

This information made everyone restless as it was true that this information was very useful for Humans.

Stark looked at the rest as he was the one who should handle everything related to space.

Time ticked by Ileyt's palms were full of sweat but he knew he had to stand firm, and he was constantly warning Liliath to stay clam through telepathy.

Stark opened his eyes and spoke "Okay we can leave a planet for your civilization until we defeat the parasitic civilization but then you have to return."

'That's good'

As soon as stark spoke a green light emerged from the ground and a tree rose from it.

Prathamesh and Leo reacted quickly as they felt an aura at a similar level as them and an ice shield covered everyone.

The base too sounded an alarm as it found an unknown energy signal.

Seconds ticked by but nothing happed.

Leo whose hands were flickering with electricity spoke "What is that."

At this time Ileyt was really confused "Humans are you really not a planetary civilization?"

Raze "Why are you asking this again, and you know this thing or energy source."

Ileyt "Yes this is a contract, exclusive to planetary civilization and above, it is formed by universe rule with the home planet of issuing civilization as the medium, it is made to have fair trade between civilizations so that they do not go back on words or else they will suffer backlash."

"Or is it something you made."

Stark "No it was explained it the nameless civilization that they too had made a contract with stearic civilization is it same like that."

Ileyt nodded "Yes." Not asking his doubts as it may be a core secret.

Stark looked at Prathamesh and Leo.

They went closer and saw the page formed on the branch it was written with lines.

'I Human Civilization will give the Cynus Civilization a Planet to stay for 20 years and will not harm them unless the other party is aggressive towards me. The said human will be backlashed for his actions and if the civilization is harmed by more than 1 percent the whole humans will be backlashed. The same will apply for Cynus civilization.

Planet Earth.

The contract need to be signed by 6 members of the Human Federation.'

Leo read the message loud.

While rest were contemplating about the contract Ileyt thought "It's strange, humans do not have a sole ruler, what a strange civilization."

Louis who had read the contract spoke "Well it's okay but before signing it I need to know what type of information you will give us."

Ileyt "About the Three major powers, 23 star cluster civilizations, 468 star system civilizations, 4783 planetary civilizations, resource distribution, wormholes, star pathways, history, etc."

"Fine."

Louis nodded and signed the contract with his chakra followed by the rest.

Then the contract rolled and vanished back into the Earth.

Ileyt kept his word and gave all the data the Cynus civilization has collected and humans too used Ganymede as a place for Cynus civilization as it was originally their hideout and the planet with best condition for them.

This made Stark feel like they had taken an advantage so he sent the two lightning and ice orbs as a gift which finally made Ileyt reach Grade 4 according to Humans which made Cynus civilization have a good impression on humans and they finally stepped into advance level terrestrial civilization.

After the information was re classified another conference took place.

A Female scientist was speaking "We Lie on the southern edge of the Orion Arm and closer to the center of the Milky Way. There are 5 planetary civilizations in the radius of 50 light years and 1 star system civilization at the distance of 78 light years.

The five planetary civilizations are excluding parasitic civilization as it was an unknown civilization.

Rizer Civilization Swords and magic type civilization.

Citter Civilization Biological Civilization

Rattle Civilization Poison type Civilization

Amper Civilization Soul Civilization

Liger Civilization Beast civilization

And the star system civilization is known as Francluft civilization artifact civilization"

Stark "Why there is no scientific civilization."

"Sir Science is a huge subject everything we study comes under science including magic well our civilization is rare as we have Chakra as well as technology.

There is a technical civilization similar to our without chakra, Ceres alliance star cluster level Cypher civilization on of the most feared civilization in Orion arm even Nebulatic civilizations fear it as high level space ships can be repeatedly made and only the biological and soul type civilization can restrain it and they are now formed a triangle with a cultivation civilization."

Leo "Is Technology that rare, I used to think that magic civilizations would be rare."

"Well many of us would be similar in thinking but yes technological civilizations are rare and even there is a bad news that many were eliminated in cradle to not form an another Cypher civilization"

Prathamesh "We will just show our chakra powers while in contact with other civilizations."

Stark "Yes, but leave the rest and tell us about the history of Orion Arm."

Milky Way was formed 13.8 billion years ago and Orion Arm at that time was a dwarf galaxy which was sucked it and formed the current Orion Arm.

6 billion Years ago the galaxy began to stabilize and civilization were starting too born.

4 billion years ago the first big war in the Orion arm occurred led by two Nebulatic civilizations making the Orion arm divide into two and a rift was formed in between as the peak powerhouses of both civilizations died which lead to decline of both the civilizations.

3 billion years ago a Nebulatic civilization was the lone ruler of Orion arm. But it powerhouse in search of higher level went out of the Orion arm but never returned so it declined.

In this span many Nebulatic civilizations were born and destroyed but no one crossed to the next level.

10000 years ago a Nebulatic civilization came to the Orion's arm the Stearic civilization which then started to occupy the lower level civilizations until the local Nebulatic civilization found them and the war started.

4000 years Ago Ceres Alliance was formed and under the leadership of Cypher civilization they could contend with the two Nebulatic civilization which showed the dread of technological civilization.

This was the data that Cynus civilization collected."

Stark "Is being merchant so useful."

"Yes many civilizations have restrictions when crossing the star pathway and only the strong could cross it but some civilizations do not follow that rule and could form big ships and do trade so a type of merchant civilization came in form."

Prathamesh squinted his eyes as he had thought about something.
