13- over night popularity

She rubbed her eyes as she checked the notification, even as they still kept coming it. It was the company that she is writing her novels on. And they were so many messages. That Selena could not believe was happening. They were so many offers, she was so confused, what the hell was happening? She dropped her phone which was still buzzing non stop like a hot potato, she quickly picked up her laptop and went to her emails. She saw the full conversations even as they were coming in. She clicked on one of them and its showed that the company had an offer for her. They said she should get back to them as soon as she saw the message. Selena was still confused but she still sent them an email saying that she's available now. She wanted to know what was happening, and among the notification she saw her readers comments and likes, curious she clicked on it and she was greeted with millions of likes, comment and support.

She was beyond flabbergasted for a moment, she then quickly blinked and checked it again and again to confirm if she was seeing things. But fortunately she wasn't. But still she couldn't understand it. It was just like someone posting something online and got one like and next time when they reluctantly check, they find they are famous with millions of likes. Surely one will be confused and that was how Selena felt at that very moment.

Checking what attracted this attention was surprisingly a blank story column. Meaning there was no picture file attached to it. Selena was then suspicious, when did she ever posted a new story. But she clicked on it to reveal that indeed, displayed on the column the story profile showed it was indeed popular, Selena was overwhelmed. She clicked on one of the presumed chapter and reading the first line Selena brows crunched up, reading the second line her brows furrowed and as soon as she read the third line her brain went into a full blown blast. Did she just posted her...DIARY. Her mouth fell open, and she blink multiple times as she continued to read.

Half way through she was confident in her fist thought. She really did post her diary notes. But there was an advantage that made her not to freak out. It was, that as she was used to writing novels. Those section of the diary looked like an entry to a novel. And at least she didn't post her whole diary, she realized that what she posted her experience of the past few days. She was always a detailed person and the fans always loved the experience they get when they read her stories. And she was also fortunate that although it was her experience , it could also be viewed as a new character's experience instead. Making it more passable for a story.

She thought back to recount about when this might have happened and she realized that it was the day in the cafe where she experienced seeing those creatures called drecons. She wrote her experience from the beginning, putting it out as a normal girl experiencing something unbelievable and life Changing. It story concept and idea naturally attracted lots of fans, and people flooded the novel, wanting to know when there was going to be an update. And everyone especially paid attention to the mysterious figure. Still remembering every detail, Selena has poured all those breath taking mind blowing features into the notes and true to what she thought it gave a clear description of him. However if she had to be honest, all of her years of writing novels she would gladly admit, hands down that her description did no justice to that godly figure. Thinking about it she even got lost in the thought of him once again.

Remembering his deep set of silvery eyes that looked like they were glowing. She snapped out immediately. She believed she was indeed losing her mind slowly. Maybe all the drama was getting to her.

Looking back at it she realized that she sent only half of what she wrote actually, but looking at the way she described every moment that originally turned into a few chapters making people crave for more already. Some of the comment read

And the comment get going on their were thousands of comment Selena was already over whelmed. She almost teared up with all the love shown. Even if they didn't know it was about her experience. What will their reaction be then. They also seem to be interested in that mysterious figure. Well she can't answer their questions, she doesn't know much too. She couldn't stop updates because that would be off. Because she has the support and views and if she just stopped this story it would look weird as she started the story not long. So with her talent of crafting new interesting concept she decided to continue but not input too many things that will be related to her. She can also create new scenarios and divert it out of her life. While keeping it interesting but doesn't reveal the secrets she now carries with her. Selena couldn't let her team down by exposing them. After confirming the solution to her self, she was then satisfied. Besides her imagination have no limit to it. Selena spent her day inside and just enjoyed herself.

The next day, early in the morning, the sun light stream in through the window and its rays fell on the alarm clock on the bed side table at that moment the alarm rang, but it was of no use as Selena was wide awake. She laid popped up on the bed staring at the distance.

Their was exhaustion but also excitement in her eyes. She was anticipating today so much that she couldn't sleep a wink.

Slowly turning her head to face the still ringing alarm clock, realization dawn on her. Its the day. The clock was set to exactly 8:00am, that was pretty much an early sleep schedule according to her.

She sat up straight and groaned as the aches and soreness of her body hit her. Most especially her neck. This was the reason why people were told to sleep in the correct position, in order to avoid body pains and ache when they wake up.

Selena realized couldn't move some part of her body as she felt it was stiff, she heaved a sigh. Yeap, there was hardly any circulation of blood at those places.

This pain kinds of remind Selena of the times she was up late at night writi-no more typing continuously. And most times she ended up falling asleep on her computer on her study table.

She also remembered that she often woke up those times with aches and sores as it was also a wrong sleeping position.

In the present she then stretch and turn, hoping to relieve some of the aches she felt.

But as Selena stood up from the bed she almost fell back from the pounding headache that visited her at that moment. Selena groaned as she held her head and proceeded to sit on the bed again.

Suddenly remembering, Selena stretched her hands to the bed side drawers and dragged one open, she then fidget around the inside till she found what she's looking for and then brought it out.

Taking the required doze, she filled her cup with the jar filled with water at the table and drank half the cup.

She was always prepared for this kind of situation as it often happens to her.

Lack of sleep for Selena result to headache. After taking the medicine, she felt she would be fine after a few minutes.
