Liu Yan made an estimation of the potential lifespan after completing the second staff expansion,.

Currently, the restaurant was only open on the first floor. Excluding the kitchen, bathroom and counter, there were a total of 18 tables in varied size, the smallest table for two and the largest table for six.

However, in the actual business process, not every group of customers who come to eat is exactly an even number. On average, nearly a quarter of the slots are vacant on a daily basis.

Now the operation of the restaurant is relatively stable, and each meal can be guaranteed to turn over twice.

According to Liu Yan's simple statistics, inside and outside the store, at least about 360 customers can be handled every day.
