Harry's eyes widened slightly, however, he wasn't surprised by the notification itself but by the spell! The last thing he had expected was to find a tier three spell in the library!

Though the notification said nothing about the skill or rather, spell tier, Harry was able to discover it through the spell book itself.

On every spell scroll, the name and tier of the spell was normally written at the upper and lower part of the 'book'.

Harry's brows furrowed as he drifted into his thoughts.

His earlier plan had been to only spend ten skill points at most in each library, however, he got carried away and had already spent fifteen skill points in the wind library alone—coupled with [Lightning Stun] which he leant a few days ago, he only had thirty skill points left.
