Chapter-5[Turning into Vampire~]

Adam's blood started to boil. How dare that bastard lay hands on someone precious to him? If Jiang Han had conspired against him directly, then Adam's anger may not be this much but that piece of shit touched the one he care for.

'Just you wait…when I get my hands on you, I am going to rip you to shreds…'

Adam vowed in his heart. When Jiang Han landed on his hands, he was sure to rip him to pieces, even if that made his hands covered in blood.

[Revenge is good~ Rip him~ Kill him~]

Celeste's singing voice rang in his head. He too woke from his thoughts and saw Doctor Mo laying on the ground. Foam coming out of his mouth.

Adam became confused seeing that. Why did the doctor who was just standing there become unconscious all of a sudden?

[My child, your body has been releasing mana pressure for quite a while now. Even the ground below you cracked.]

Adam instantly looked down, and just like Celeste said, the ground below his feet was cracked. He then saw his condition, his nails were grown, his hair was turned red, and also the wings had been open on his back.

Seeing that, Adam quickly transformed back to his human form and picked Doctor Mo by the neck and dragged him to the bedroom, and made him lay on the bed.

Coming out of the room, he saw Lilliana's condition. Her eyes were still closed and her breathing was still rapid. The anger that was colluding him before turned into worry.

"Celeste, is there any way to heal Lilliana?" He asked Celeste, someone, who had been answering his worry for quite some time now.

[Drip your blood into her mouth.]

"…why?"

Her answer made him suspicious. He had read many novels about vampires, so he could guess what could happen if he did pour his blood on Lilliana's mouth but at the same time, he had trust for Celeste cause he and she were connected to each other.

[To turn her into a Vampire. You may be able to save her now, as her body had no sign of being accepted by another male, other than you, but what about the future? Are you sure that you could protect her from the hands of those against you? You have power, but there are still many hidden dangers lurking in this world.]

Adam fell into deep thoughts. If by chance, a situation similar to this time arises, and he was not present there to help and save Lilliana, then could he afford to forgive himself?

And not only that, he felt…no he knew that the world he had stepped into was not going to be just the normal world now. He was sure that the dangers from now on would not be just the petty tactics of drugs and modern weaponry. So, could he be there for Lilliana all the time to save her?

The answer was no. She had her life. She was also still a student so she had to attend college where he can't be present. So could he can't guarantee her safety.

'…and the World Travel thing that the system had said before…'

When he had to go to another world, then who would be there to protect Lilliana? But he still felt fear. Because he knew that he was changing with the passage of every single minute. Celeste's words encouraged Adam even more. He nodded and bit on his first finger, the taste of iron entered his mouth. He took his finger out and placed it on Lilliana's lips, and then in her mouth.

Blood flowed from Adam's finger to Lilliana's mouth. When just several seconds had passed by, Lilliana's body started to tremble. Her breasts giggled. An intoxicated look formed on her face as she greedily sucked on the blood.

"Chu~"

Adam's face morphed into confusion, but he stayed silent.

[Interesting…] Celeste commented.

Adam hearing that was about to ask for the reason why she said that, but suddenly, he felt something. He saw Lilliana releasing his hand from her mouth and her body convulsing. Her skin started turning red. Her eyes turned blood red. Wings appeared from her back.

The sofa where she was laying got shredded to pieces.

"AHHHH!!"

A painful scream released from her mouth. Her hands-on her face, with large nails on her hands crawling over her hair.

Adam stared at the figure with shock. He still remembers the feeling of having his whole body changed into something else and the pain that accompanied it.

He rushed forward and tightly hugged Lilliana. Lilliana as though felt that hug started to calm down ad hugged Adam tightly. Her nails dug deep into Adam's back. Blood dripped from his back.

"Urghh…"

A painful look appeared on Adam's face as he groaned but he stayed still and let Lilliana do what she was doing. Lilliana's body quivered in his arms.

Adam looked down at Lilliana in his arms, her clothes were ripped off but the red color on her body had started to dim down. When his eyes landed on her neck, a desire arose in his heart.

Drink her blood.

His front two teeth turned into canines. His eyes turned even redder.

[Do it~]

Celeste's seductive voice worked as fuel to him.

He bought his face near Lilliana's neck. His teeth touched her neck, and the two sharp canines bit into that neck. Blood slowly dripped from there. The taste of blood from someone else entered Adam's mouth. Wings appeared on his back along with his tail.

Lilliana's body shivered and her face turned even redder. She continued to shiver as the blood from her neck was drunk by Adam.

Adam was not in his right mind now. The desire for blood took over him as he continued to suck blood from Lilliana but at the same time, the mana in his body was sent to Lilliana. Her skin color turned to what it was before but the wings on her back still remained along with her red eyes and sharp canines.

"Haa…Haa…"

Adam then released Lilliana and her body fell to the ground while he started taking deep breaths. Meanwhile, Lilliana quivered.

Clarity slowly returned to Adam's mind as he saw Lilliana laying on the floor, quivering.

"W-what happened!?"

A fearful look appeared on his face, no matter how much his situation changed, he was still fearful of what could he had done. Especially when he saw Lilliana's state which was weird from every point. He thought that he had hurt her which made him even more scared.

[Calm down~ It's just the work of your Vampire instincts.]

Celeste like always answered him.

"What does that mean??"

[You were just affected by the process that was changing your mate. It rose the lust of blood in you. So, you sucked blood from your mate.]

Despair took over Adam. He quickly picked up Lilliana and went to the other bedroom and laid her on the bed. His eyes showed a hurtful look in them.

"Is she alright??!"

[Yes, and it's more than just alright. If you haven't done that, then she would have become a common low-level vampire but because you have taken her blood and marked her as yours completely, it turned her into a Mid-Level Vampire directly.]

Celeste answered his worry in a calm tone, but even with that, Adam wasn't able to understand what Low Level and what high level meant. But there was only one thing he cared for right now.

"So, she is alright?!"

[…Yes~.]

Celeste in the end gave up explaining for now. Adam was not in his right mind, so explaining to him was just a waste of time for her.

"Haa…"

Adam released a breath of relief. He went a little away from the bed and just as he was about to go to the chair in the room to sit, he saw his figure in the mirror. He saw himself being in the Incupire form so, he quickly changed himself back to human form and sat on the chair.

Sitting there, he placed his hand on his lips, as the feeling of drinking blood came back to his mind.

'Unbelievable…to think so much would have happened in just a single day…I don't know what to do, or even what to think about this situation…'

As a normal human, Adam had always wished to succeed in his life. He had come to China with that intention in his mind and made a name for himself. But the competition here was fiercer than he thought which had made him have thoughts about giving up many times, up he prevailed every time and become even more successful.

And after meeting Lilliana, his thought process changed even more. He wanted to give a better life to the girl who was there with him, the girl who stole his heart so he worked even harder.

So, how could he give up now?

Adam slapped on both of his cheeks.

"No, if I have this power now, then I just have to use it to benefit myself. I don't have to care about what others are thinking nor do I have to think about what is right or what is wrong. If I believe in myself, then even the wrong thing is right for me."

Adam convinced himself with his own words and decided to just use the power he had now to do what he want to do.

He then looked at Lilliana, she had also turned into her human form and her breathing had turned normal now with her eyes closed. Adam seeing that relaxed and closed his eyes.

He soon slept too. The things that happened today took quite a troll on his mind.
