Way Out

"Shit!"

Devyn clicked her tongue and kicked the dry leaves under her feet. Her frail fingers raked her hair in frustration. She didn't even notice that it was a slop cliff. Kiel couldn't hear her from above, so she didn't know the situation down there.

She checked her phone but no matter what she did, there's no signal there. Communications were totally cut. The lady didn't really pictured out this place and wasn't familiar with her at all. If she wanted to find him quickly, then she needed help from someone who knew this.

Luckily, on her way back, she meets Olivia and another guy from the village.

"Miss Devyn, what's wrong?!" The younger lady immediately asked after noticing the expression on her face.

"Kiel fell down the slope by accident." She explained. "Is there any route going there? I need to know if he's okay."

Olivia felt at loss. Now they have two people in danger.
