After surviving an android attack, Kevin Lee Smith wakes up to find his human body replaced with a metal exoskeleton. When Kevin’s body is destroyed, his brain is hooked up to the Experimental Cybernetic User Interface (ECUI). It is an adaptive fighting system designed to transform the user into the ultimate killing machine.  As he begins life anew as a Cyborg he struggles to tread the fine line between man and machine.

The Ultimate Cyborg

Kevin now had enough modules to create new custom weapons. However, the danger hadn't been averted yet. The girls tried their best to lure the Neutralizers and get them away from the arid zone, but the drones gave up on the chase after a while and turned back towards the desert.

While the hoverbike riders were focused on the attacking forces, a group of Overseer drones had flown in from the east and located the fallout shelter in the desert. They quickly alerted the Neutralizers, re-directing them towards the new target.

Kurt's men managed to shoot down the Overseers, but not before they had raised the alarm. The security personnel deployed reinforced titanium barricades all around the shelter's entrance, creating a fortified position to ward off the assault.
