Walk Together

Eleanore did her best to force Ivander to sleep on the sofa in living room in her apartment. Ivander, who was confused as to why he and Eleanore had to sleep separately, finally gave in and complied with the girl's wishes.

Actually Ivander doesn't need sleep either, he sleeps only for formalities, after all he usually hunts at night, like today.

Not wanting to cause trouble for Eleanore, Ivander plopped down on the sofa and closed his eyes to sleep.

When the sun came up, Eleanore could feel the relief when she was no longer as surprised as yesterday when she found Ivander sleeping beside her.

"It's such a relief not to see that guy at the start of the day like this," Eleanore muttered, smiling happily at being able to start her day without any distractions from Ivander.

Eleanore took off her blanket and got off the bed to get out of her room. As she left her room, Eleanore saw no sign of Ivander's presence.

"Where is him? Did he go somewhere?" asked Eleanore to herself.

As she stepped into the living room where she had Ivander sleep there. However, Eleanore did not see Ivander's figure there.

"At least he'll show up later." Regardless of Ivander's whereabouts any further, Eleanore went into the bathroom to clean herself up and got ready to go with Ivander as the man had told her yesterday.

Ivander comes out of Eleanore's apartment because he feels a suspicious presence has been detected again.

When he searched, it turned out that the Priest who was looking for him had arrived at the city of Ziory and was looking for him.

It was also likely that the man had known that Ivander was currently with someone who was helping him.

"Looks like I have to go see Hector soon," said Ivander starting to think that he had to move out of the apartment he shared with Eleanore.

Ivander had no intention to follow in the Priest's footsteps, when the Priest disappeared in the busy streets, Ivander decided to return to his apartment.

When he returned to the apartment, Ivander heard from the front door the sound of water from the bathroom. Ivander also widened his grin when he found out that it was Eleanore who was in the bathroom.

Concurring with Ivander who walked toward the bathroom, Eleanore came out of the bathroom while wiping her wet head with a towel.

Luckily Eleanore saw Ivander and stopped where she was, otherwise she would have hit Ivander hard.

"You're back, I thought you weren't coming back." Eleanore walked past Ivander and took a seat on the sofa in living room.

"You will not get the money to repay your parents' dept and also your education, if I leave you," replied Ivander casually as he followed Eleanore to sit on the sofa.

"I completely forgot about you promising me all those things!" said Eleanore surprised herself when she heard Ivander's words to her.

Eleanore forgot the fact that Ivander had actually promised her a lot when she agreed to take an oath with Ivander.

"So where are you taking me today? I can't go with you for long time, this afternoon I have a part-time job." Eleanore started asking where Ivander would take her today.

"You know Stargazing Company right?" Ivander asked and not answering Eleanore's question.

"Of course, who doesn't know that famous company!" Eleanore was immediately excited when she spoke of the Stargazing Company.

"Well, we're going there today." Ivander nodded his head casually.

"What do you mean we're going there? What do you want there? Begging?" Eleanore rolled her eyes in annoyance when she found out that Ivander was just telling her a joke.

"Idiot, why am I begging there! You'll know when we get there later." Ivander immediately shape his deadly gaze on Eleanore, how dare the girl call him a beggar.

"It's up to you," replied Eleanore, waving her hand not really thinking about what Ivander said.

Eleanore got up from her seat and walked to her room to change, getting ready to go with Ivander. "Looks like we have to leave soon, it's ten o'clock now." Eleanore reminded Ivander as she looked at the clock on the wall.

Ivander just nodded and didn't really pay attention to Eleanore's words, besides he didn't need to be prepared, after all Ivander would still look elegant.

"Why don't you want to go with me? And why we just waiting for the buss here?" Ivander mumbled incoherently as he couldn't stand waiting for the buss in the daylight like now.

Eleanore rolled her eyes again, "Who would want to travel with you, if what you're doing makes me sick." Eleanore turned to Ivander and pulled her face closer to the man so she could whisper to him.

Instead of dodging, Ivander bravely stared back at Eleanore's beautiful eyes. Finally, they stared at each other for a few minutes, unwilling to budge on each other.

Until, finally Eleanore decided to look at each other because she couldn't stand the strange stares from the people around them.

Not to forget, Eleanore hit Ivander hard on the waist because he had embarrassed her in public.

Ivander who didn't accept it could only stare intently at Eleanore who pretended not to know him, "Just watch out you little girl, I'll make you cry later!" Ivander thought with an evil smile on his face.

Not long after, the buss that Eleanore and Ivander had been waiting for came as well. Eleanore waited for other passengers to enter the bus before she entered the last one with Ivander.

When Eleanore were happy to be able to go on the bus they had been waiting for, Eleanore's spirit was shattered when there were no empty seats left on the bus, as a result she and Ivander had to stand until there was another empty seat.

Ivander came closer to Eleanore's ear and whispered to the girl, "This is the payoff for daring to hit me."

Annoyed, Eleanore stepped on Ivander's feet who were not far from her own feet, then turned her face away and no longer looked at Ivander.

Of course Ivander didn't feel any pain after being stepped on by Eleanore, he was only getting more and more excited to make the girl beside him burst into tears because she had dared to hit him.

In his head, Ivander had already devised many ideas of how he would deal with Eleanore.

While in his head he was busy making plans, the driver who was driving the bus irresponsibly braked the bus suddenly which is shocked all the bus passengers, including Ivander and Eleanore.

Out of reflex, Ivander's hand reached out to hold Eleanore's body which was falling toward him.

"Sorry," said Eleanore briefly then quickly adjusted her position and moved away from Ivander's body.

Ivander turned his face and rolled to stand up against Eleanore. He doesn't know, Ivander feels like his body acting weird when he's close to Eleanore.

But, as fate didn't want them to be far from each other, the bus driver start riding the car, surprising the passengers again.

This time, not only did Eleanore's body limp but both Ivander and Eleanore hit each other which resulted in their bodies pressed together.
