Very Different Afterall

A thousand years ago, before kingdoms were formed. The influence was shared among families. Some families came together to form a tribe and had even hard stronger influence, in determining the right over particular land or the right to a particular dungeon.

Yes, Dungeon exploration has existed since the first-day humanity opened their eyes to the reality of their existence so no one could for sure point to a certain person that started it. However, when it came to the arts of weapons or the fist, kicks. Its history dates back to the times when families had strong influences. Due to each family not wanting to copy each other styles of doing things so they won't lay claim on what is not theirs just because it was done the same way, each family began to come up with unique art that was specific to them. It was not just fighting style, down to cooking, eating, walking, talking down to important arts that gave way to needs, smithing, tailoring, woodwork and down to martial art. This strong desire for difference and uniqueness gave way to the development of martial arts and it boosted the reputation of families and tribes, at first it was just to have a dignified and unique way of life but as time went on it stretched to wanting to determine the best.

Competition sprang forth from amidst them, martial arts were put to test and the best of the best rose in the rank of reputation and were respected in the entire continent. However unacceptance brooded war and war brooded loss of loved ones and loss of loved ones brooded revenge and revenge brooded the desire to become stronger which further gave way to the growth of martial art and also birthed an individual with no family name that began to turn the entire continent into disaster, rising from the lowest rank into the highest and making his name known in the entire continent. It was at first for revenge but the journey to his point of revenge drove him mad and he began to enjoy the blood he spilt every second. He couldn't get enough of it.

In a certain year which is still remembered today as the Blood Year (even though the reason why it was marked as a year to be remembered has been forgotten) this man spilt the blood of families throughout the entire continent

It was recorded that the population of the entire continent dropped by half, and families formed alliances to bring him down but it was futile. However, the following year he disappeared like a wind not to be heard of again.

Some say his sins were too much and he couldn't be allowed to continue so the gods came down to punish him, others say he sought out more people to kill and might have entered into a world that is not known. As for what truly is, only Zevryt would know. But one thing everyone knows is that the last place he was sighted at was Uruk.

"Here I was thinking we are not different...to think there's this much difference between both of us. While revenge made you into what you became, I was born like this..." Kraus said to himself as he stood up. He patted Eppitt's head.

He faced the crowd.

"Blood Rain." He said, spreading his hands forwards.

~pat...pat...pat...pat...pat...pat...~

Like rain blood descended upon them,

"Do not be fooled by the look of it...every drop is a blade." He said to Eppitt who was looking.

In that instance, blood began to splurge out of every part of their body the blood rain touched, they began to run around, crying in pain till they all died ruthlessly, their limbs scattered across.

"Let's go..." he said to Eppitt, sheathing his swords.

"Uh?"

"We are going to Uruk"

"I'm following you?" Eppitt asked, his voice trembling.

"Of course, you don't want to? Should I just kill you too?" He asked.

"I'd love to follow you," Eppitt replied.

... ... ...

"Is it okay though to be involved with WhiteOrl guild like this? Deliberating telling Gareth and the rest to deceive them, despite Glecius telling us to avoid unnecessary engagement with anyone, especially the WhiteOrl guild." Courtney said to Neju, both of them lying on the bed together, naked.

"I know but WhiteOrl is not a threat to us, Glecius can't just deal with his fear for WhiteOrl that he thinks WhiteOrl might be hiding the fact that he is in the game. Our threats right now are other guilds, FireHeart is ranked seventh in the world guild ranking, our place is still far." Neju replied.

"I agree with you but still, isn't."

"Shuuu..." He shut her up and got on top of her, by the way, isn't the sex system of this game crazy, to be able to feel every bit of pleasure just as though you are in the world, and we don't even have to worry about minors because the capsule can detect your age." He said, touching her body and admiring her beauty.

"I admit but we shouldn't be doing this right now...right now, we should be on our way to meet Gareth and the rest," Courtney said.

"Her right, I'm sorry... it's because I can't get enough of your beautiful face, both outside the game and inside it." He replied.

"You say such sweet words but still want to keep the fact that we are dating a secret." She said to him, standing up and walking towards the wooden wardrobe to grab her clothes.

Neju who was consumed in watching her naked rear view belatedly responded. "I will when the time is right." He said and also got up.

Both of them walked out, with Neju tightly glued to Courtney's side along the way.
