Chapter 59 The Third Mask

When the Paradise Bird's consciousness was blurred, she uncontrollably thought of her past.

Father. Mother. And others.

The ones she loved, the ones she saved.

Those she couldn't save, who died in front of her.

Paradise Bird still remembered everyone's names, their faces before they died, the last words they spoke…

She also remembered the smiles they showed her when she healed each of them.

"Am I… going to die?"

Paradise Bird had heard that one's life flashes before their eyes just before death.

She felt sad about this but had no regrets.

In her short life of fourteen years, she had saved many people and also seen many pass away.

Among them were good people and bad people; the innocent and the murderers.

Without asking about the past or prying into secrets, she equally redeemed all her patients… that was the mission of a healer.

If she could live her life over again, she would probably still choose this path.
