The director, known as "No Barking," was a middle-aged man whose prone-spiritual was a grey wolf.
As an executive of the branch, he had been dispatched from Happiness Island. Unlike the intensely competitive headquarters, the competition at the branch was much more relaxed... after all, there was only one Elf Director with absolute control at the top of the branch. Although there were so-called "executive directors," they essentially had the same powers as a hired store manager and held no real authority.
