Pumpkin Cafe

Wagumoland, an amusement park that was built while they were training for two years according to Nico Robin. Apparently, Conis was supposed to be here.

"Are you sure this is the place, Nico?" Imai asked with doubt as she looked around. "There's no one here. What kind of amusement park is empty?"

"Be patient, Imai. We're going deeper into a cafe where Conis is working." Nico said.

Imai followed behind Nico as they headed towards the cafe. Looking around, the amusement park seemed like a fun place to hang out at. Unfortunately, there were no workers operating the place.

The Pumpkin Cafe, that was what was on the sign. According to Nico, the place was famous for serving delicious food in bowls or cups in pumpkin shape form. In Imai's mind, it didn't sound very appetizing, but she trusted Nico that the food was delicious.

Nico knocked on the door before opening it. There was a figure sweeping the floor. She had long yellow hair and bangs. She also wore a dark colored sleeveless shirt with two white vertical stripes.

"Conis!"

Conis looked up in surprise at the familiar voice and figure that had saved her in the past. She ran towards Nico and hugged her.

"Nico! It's great to see you again!" Conis exclaimed.

"It's good to see you too." Nico said. "As to what happened…"

Conis glanced at the figure behind Nico before continuing, "Ah, let's sit down, and talk about it. I'll explain it over some tea."

The two sat down as Conis served them tea in a small pumpkin shaped cup.

"A few months ago, there was a torrent in the sky, and a figure appeared. It was Enel. Everyone tried fighting him off but when he returned, he seemed to become more powerful."

Conis continued to explain what Enel did. With his devil fruit ability, he was somehow able to enter one's mind and convert the brain's beliefs into following him. She didn't really understand it either so it was hard for her to explain.

"After Enel was finished brainwashing the people's mind, he returned to where Gan Fall was, and replaced him as God. Needless to say, Gan Fall didn't stand a chance since he was getting older. The reason I didn't get brainwashed was because I hid in the lower yard. A place he couldn't detect."

Conis had a grim expression on her face after she explained. After all, she was the only one who didn't get brainwashed while her friends, and family were being controlled. She definitely felt guilty.

Imai leaned back into the chair and said, "All we need to do is kill Enel and then everything will be fine right."

"Well…yes…but Enel is extremely strong right now. None of us could take him on even if we outnumbered him. His ability is too powerful." Conis said with dark clouds forming above her head.

"We don't have to worry about that." Nico said.

Conis removed her palms from her face and looked up at Nico.

"What do you mean we don't have to worry about that?" Conis asked with a confused expression.

Nico pointed at Imai.

"We have a living demon on our side, she'll take care of Enel for us, and release the brainwashing that he did to you all."

"Really?" Conis asked with hopeful eyes towards Imai.

Imai smiled. "Yes, I can take care of it. Something like killing a God is nothing for me. My blades can cut through anything, even the soul of someone."

Out of instinct, Conis scooted her chair away from Imai and closer to Nico.

"Don't worry, Conis. She's not that scary when she isn't thinking about fighting." Nico said as she stifled her laugh. "And she's really powerful so you can depend on her."

Imai raised an eyebrow at Nico. She's never received this amount of praise from her meaning Nico had an ulterior motive.

"Nico, you're not making me fight Enel all alone are you? Surely you'll participate, right?" Imai questioned.

"Ah, yes. I will." Nico said with a smile that didn't seem like a smile at all.

Imai sighed and leaned back in her seat in defeat.

"At least make it sound more believable." Imai mumbled.

They continued to talk about the stuff Enel changed in Skypiea. Once again, it was ruled by power. In order to kill Enel, they either had to bait him out, or find him. The latter was hard since he was always traveling all over Skypiea to make sure everyone was doing their work.

"So, how are we going to bait him out?" Nico asked.

"I'm pretty sure you guys already did." Conis replied nervously. "Before you arrived, there was a report about two individuals that had invaded Skypiea. I'm pretty sure Enel is looking for you right now."

Imai held her chin with a few thoughts crossing her mind. If Enel was searching for them, shouldn't he have already found them by now? It didn't make sense.

"Unless…" Imai murmured under her breath. Unless Enel was trying to take them out at the perfect time which was when they were separated together.

"I know how to bait him out." Imai said with a grin. "Conis, is there an open area where there is nothing around?"

"Yes, it's right below Wagumpoland. There should be a large open area where there's just clouds. Why?" Conis asked.

"Enel is probably waiting for us to be separated. So to bait him out, I'm going to go down there alone, and let him land a surprise attack on me." Imai said.

"But will you be okay?" Nico asked.

"Who do you think I am? Of course I'll be okay, there's not a single person on this island that could possibly make me start trying." Imai replied.

Conis looked at Nico in which Nico nodded in reply.

"In case you didn't know Conis, Imai is the Fifth Emperor of the world."

"Huh?"

"Yep, that's me. The Fifth Emperor!" Imai smiled as she took a sip of the tea. "This tea is good, can I have some more?"

"Fifth..Emperor…"

Conis sat there, dazed.
