Bothering

Mr. Evans thanked Shawn and waited for Shawn to sit back down in the chair before saying, "We're going to have an impromptu test today." Which was immediately rewarded with sighs and chuckles from the whole class.

More because they feel unprepared. Because the impromptu replay is in the same condition as the pocket money being cut, it's equally annoying.

"That's it! I don't accept any protest. Because you should be ready whenever I'm going to do a test."

Mr. Evans started to stand. "Keep all your textbooks and don't forget to turn off your cell phones, I don't want anyone to cheat from the internet! After all, the test material this time is about the History of Egyptian Civilization. And that we studied last week, so surely it won't be too difficult for all of you."

Although the impromptu test was not greeted with joy, the students still obeyed Mr. Evans to turn off the cell phone and keep the textbooks and leave only the stationery on the table.
