Calling someone by their name was considered quite intimate in Lycia's eyes. At the hospital where she worked, she didn't call so many people by their names when she worked there.

Her closest companion was Misty, and most of the time, she would call the young nurse by name. The nurse would still use the formalities of calling her, but that didn't change the fact that they were close to each other as they usually worked together in the emergency room.

Besides Misty, she also called some of the young nurses by their names, and she did the same to some of the young doctors at the hospital.

But, she didn't even call Breyno by name even if the man had given her permission to drop the formalities. In the end, the two continued to use formalities to greet each other, and that had already become a habit for them.
