Davel didn't even have time to think further about how he felt when he saw the crescent moon flashing on Lycia's forehead.

Yes, he wasn't so sure that his eyes were working properly when Lycia was about to leave him after they talked in the office today. He was thinking a lot at the time, and that was why he wasn't sure that it wasn't just his eyes that were playing tricks on him.

Or maybe he was too tired that he ended up hallucinating? Or maybe he felt too guilty for not looking for the Moon Goddess immediately that he was haunted by the Moon Goddess's characteristics?
