Ye Wan walked forward for a while, her sharp eyes catching sight of a curious squirrel perched on a branch, sizing up this new intruder.

A few of them froze in place, so stunned that they forgot they were holding pine cones in their hands.

With a plop, a pine cone fell to the ground.

The startled squirrel seemed even more bewildered now.

If it weren't for pressing matters, Ye Wan felt that taking a leisurely walk in the forest, watching those adorable little animals, would be far more relaxing than any immersive haunted house.

As the two words surfaced in her mind, Ye Wan suddenly felt a spooky terror all around her.

Without hesitation, she turned on her phone and logged into the livestreaming room.

The previously quiet livestreaming room instantly erupted.
