First Phase and Fight Kill

The technique was ordinary but still pretty decent.

There were normal fighting moves in the technique along with one final move.

Eagle Claws.

The name said it all. You use spirit energy to focus mainly on your hands and use it as a claw to unleash a deadly attack.

How deadly it is we won't know for sure before testing.

And for doing it I need to be in the First stage of Body Foundation.

And tonight was the night when I will step into this realm.

I was pretty excited.

Breathe in. Breathe out.

The energy went to heart.

Steady.

Repeat.

*Boom*

As if a dam will burst out. My heart now felt full.

Just a little more.

One more time.

*Burst*

I felt I heard a sound inside my body. Instead of feeling frightened I felt happy.

I closed my eyes and focused on my body.

Immediately I could feel the energy collected inside my heart to be spreading throughout my body at an astonishing rate.

Everywhere that energy reached my body was tingling. There was an itch at every place.

I knew it was due to me being in the first stage of body foundation.

There were three stages in Body Foundation.

They were-

Purification

Strengthening

Accumulation

All these were further divided into the initial, middle and final phase.

I was at the start of the initial phase of purification.

At this stage the body gets purified thoroughly by the spirit energy.

It removes any waste and imperfections in our body which prove to be a hindrance in smooth flowing of Spirit energy.

With this our body get accustomed to the energy and we are able to use it.

Our reactions increase along with many physical functions.

You could think of it as removing imperfections in the shape of a weapon making it more useful and deadly.

I tried running the energy consciously and it further increased the rate of absorption.

Many major impurities were dealt with in this phase.

After some time I could feel that many impure substances were oozing out of my skin.

I immediately went into the pond to take a bath.

After I came out I extended my hand and saw that my skin was much better.

I felt refreshed.

I tried the Eagle Claw Boxing and the conclusion was that I was much more efficient in using it.

There was less loss of stamina as well as more speed, accuracy and power.

I eagerly wanted to test my newfound power.

So I immediately did some preparations and ventured a little deeper into the forest.

My aim, to test my prowess and gain some fighting experience.

-------------------------

*Huff* *Huff*

I was breathing roughly. My hands were a little numb from constant impacts.

In front of me was a Mountain Ape.

It was just a normal beast around here without too much strength.

I was searching for a beast to fight and I ran into him.

The next moment we started fighting.

In the start I was a little amateur and the result was that I fell to a complete disadvantage.

I had been taking a beating for a long time before I got a hang of it and started fighting back.

It really is easy to know the theory but very hard to apply in practice.

I thought that I would be able to use the boxing technique very easily.

Oh Boy! How wrong I was.

I was grateful to this ape for teaching me such an important life lesson.

Finally I was now able to use it without hitch and I knew I was going to win.

I stepped forward.

The ape swinged it's arm towards my guts. I side stepped at the last moment by transferring spirit energy to my feet.

I immediately took the opportunity to strengthen my fist and send it towards the temple. And

*Boom*

It falls on the ground in front of me.

I thought of killing it. But then I felt compassionate towards it.

It has been my sparring partner for such a long time.

I looked into its eyes. It was as if begging me to stop.

I decided not to kill it and turned around to go away.

When suddenly my instinct screamed danger. I felt a shadow approaching me, I immediately moved sideways and used the opportunity to attack.

'Eagle Claws'

My hand struck hard on the ape's chest.

It fell down this time completely dead.

I thought I would be sad and feel terrible.

But I didn't. My mind was screaming if you didn't kill it, it would have killed you. It was the best choice.

I knew this was the Heart method at work. It was not possible for me to consciously dodge and attack with the intent to kill.

The method helped by unleashing my subconscious or real thoughts at the moment.

Don't know if it is good or bad.

'It is good' this thought also came from my inner side.

Whatever.

I then took some rest and continued my practice.
