Chapter 50: Epilogue

Felicity loaded two-year-old Everleigh, and 8-month-old Griffin Levi Bennett into the car. Levi came out of the house with a picnic basket packed with a couple of peanut butter and jelly uncrustables for Everleigh, and exotic meats and cheeses for him and Felicity to enjoy, some chocolate, and a bottle of sparkling juice since she was still nursing Griffin.

“Babe, did you grab the beach towels?” Felicity asked as she started the car and cranked up the AC.

“F*ck, I’ll be right back.” Levi chuckled as he ran back inside, coming out with some towels. “Your towels as requested, sweetheart.”

“Thank you. I prefer towels for the sand, it washes out better.” Felicity smiled as she lowered her sunglasses over her face.

Levi got in the driver’s seat and put his own sunglasses on. “I agree, the last time we took the blanket, sand kept getting wedged in the seams.” He said as he looked around.
