Levi stood in front of Felicity like a bear protecting their cubs would stand, “Mrs. Drake, what the h*ll are you doing here?” he asked in a stern tone. 


    Nancy Drake held up a hand as a sign of surrender, “Levi…I’m not here to cause trouble. I wanted to see Felicity. Mother to mother.”


    “What the f*ck do you have to say to Felicity? You don’t even know her.” Levi scoffed. 


    Nancy blew out a sigh, “I wanted to come apologize. I may have raised my daughter spoiled, but I never raised her to be a monster who would kidnap a pregnant woman and do what she did. I’m also disgusted with the actions of your mother. Please know that I just wanted to see you both to congratulate you and apologize.”


    “It’s okay Levi, she can come in.” Felicity said from behind him. 


    Levi turned to look at her, those doe eyes that had him by the balls looked so trusting and forgiving. He gazed back at Nancy and stepped aside so she could meet Felicity.
