Meeting Her Adopted Daughter

"Welcome home, Sir Greyson!" an old plump woman welcomed them. She seemed so small compared to the massive house behind her. The gates closed after our car was able to get inside the residential premises. She was surprised how much this place felt like home in a sense that it did feel so familiar to her.

"Thank you, Nadia. By the way, this is Cassandra. She goes by Minerva now but–"

"Please call me Cassy," she interrupted Greyson's introduction of her. She wasn't sure how much this nanny knew about their personal affairs, but she knew that by coming here, she'd want to use her old name, even if it's just in this house. She hasn't decided yet which name she'd go for outside, but at least here, she thought it'd be easier for everyone to call her Cassandra.

"It's my pleasure to meet you, Ms. Cassy," said Nadia. "Let me carry that for you."
