A Second  Chance At Forever

Some words are left unsaid and some things are left undone. In my case, new things kept unfolding on different occasions.

That Josephine was Chris's mum was a shocker than when Chris's dad met Alex___though the way he bonded with Alex and admired him caught my attention. Still, it wasn't compared to how shocked I was to find out that Josephine was my mother-in-law.

The role of the event started when they walked into my place. The way they looked like one family that was united. The way Chris's dad looked so sick and fragile and the way they both insisted they both wanted to see Alex.

As a matter of fact, Josephine was the same woman Chris had shown me years back in a picture album. To say that she looked kind of familiar when I first saw her at the hospital was kind of unbelievable.

Josephine got sent away by Chris's dad and now they seem to be back together. All forgotten and forgiven___surreal.
