Chapter 9

Raoh found himself surrounded by the salty losers. After exposing one cheater, they started ganging upon him. He felt he should have expected that they aren't alone. Someone who has that much money to play with surely must have some backups, and they did.

Looking at the situation, it seems that he has to fight his way out. Although, he should take his guard up, as there may be some benders. Fighting one can be hard when giving him/her a chance. Imagine fighting them in numbers.

Turning his eyes slightly, he noticed a slender woman with an alluring body inviting him to jump with her. Raoh wasn't the kind of person who believe in the goodwill of the people he doesn't know.

Jogging in his place, he stared at the guys he used to play with. They had already taken their weapons. Lifting his fists, he smiled. "Guess I could've taken the money the easier way."

He pushed the edge of his nose with his thumb, before gesturing to them to come over.

"We're going to fix your attitude." A man as tall as him came over, lifted his sword high, and was about to slam.

Raoh, with his Observation Haki, had the advantage of reaction time.

Taking a step forward, he gave a sidekick to the man's chin, sending him flying backwards.

"Fucking kill him!"

The others yelled and dashed at him. Raoh felt a few strikes coming from behind, and he bent over his knees, dodging them, before raising his fists backwards.

Both of the guy's eggs were crushed, and they wined in pain. In front of him, someone lifted the table and slammed it down. Raoh got on his back and lifted both of his legs, crushing the table. He was about to attack, but he felt someone aiming a hammer at his head. He rolled to the side couple of times, before standing up and staring at them.

He should be careful not to get a critical attack. His healing factor can't heal him when he is dead.

'Why did they have all to know each other, and have weapons.'

Raoh clicked his tongue while staring at all of them. More people from the lower floors were coming, and he could tell that depending on his Haki.

It seems that he will have no choice but to leave. He is in a tight place, which won't be to his advantage. Looking at the woman with the whip next to the window, he remembered that she offered him to leave through it. It seems she has a good way to leave this place. But still, Raoh believed that she is a thief. Well, it doesn't change the fact that he can use her.

Cracking his neck, he started running forward. The first two in front of him trying to block his way and punch him. With his superior sense, Raoh dodged and held each one of them from their shirts.

"Grrr…"

Growling, he lifted them, each with one arm. He then started spinning with them, before throwing each one in a different direction. They landed on their friends, who had no choice but to lower their weapons. The two cannon fodders made their comrades fall.

Raoh had a strong body. Unfortunately, he didn't tap into its potential. That will change once he leaves and start a new eating program.

Lowering his head while staring at the woman, whose eyes opened widely once they made a contact, he smiled. "Be ready."

And he dashed forward.

Few tried to get in his way, but he managed to stop them by chopping.

It was hard to get him since he could see and expect every movement. The only way to stop him is by giving him an unstoppable strike. But these guys didn't seem to be able to do it. Raoh reached one of the fallen players, took his pouch, held the brunette woman from her waist and jumped, breaking the glass.

"You should have a way to escape." He said while seeing that she wasn't afraid.

She glared at him, "Are you an idiot!"

"You are the one who offered me to escape with you." Raoh landed on his feet, and he put the woman who seemed older than him on her feet.

She gazed at him for a moment, before turning her head.

She whistled and then said. "I'm offering you a ride out, for a price of course."

"I won't say no. But I wonder why?" Raoh said. Although he felt deception coming from her poker face, he decided to use her for the moment.

"I like your gambling skills." She said. "Want to know how no one found out."

She then turned and whistled.

Soon, a huge strong animal came.

"Get in. And don't lose your balls." She said as she turned to him. "By the way, where is your sword?"

Raoh's brain linked the stings quickly.

"I've lost it." He said.

Deep inside, he sneered.

He knew this women's purpose. From all of the people, she had recognised him, who really he is.

Raoh was known as The Ripper around. Asking if he has a sword meant that she knew his title.

And seeing the blind animal that came with her, he could tell that she is a bounty hunter whom he couldn't remember her name.

Still, he doesn't mind using her to cross the road.

He jumped up and landed on the huge back. "What's your name?" The animal seemed to go on a rampage knowing that it wasn't its owner to sit on.

Raoh laughed as he was refusing to be thrown.

"June." She followed his step and jumped after him. She then patted the animal "Nyla, calm down!"

The animal calmed down.

It doesn't have eyes as Raoh saw. And the funny thing, its nose was spread open. The animal looked like a dog, a house-sized dog, with brown fur and a black saddle on its back that covered the area above its none existence eyes.

It's rare to see a pet that doesn't see yet effectively move around.

Raoh looked amused and patted it as he lay down. 'Better than horses, to be honest.'

From the doors, armed people started descending, looking for some blood. They found Raoh smirking at them, with his middle finger raised.

"June! Hand him!"

June only smiled at them. Nyla started running, her speed was so fast that the wind started tackling Raoh's hair.

"Guess I owe you a thank you," Raoh said.

"Oh yeah, you owe me, and you are going to pay." June had a sly smirk on her face. Raoh, even though he was looking at her back, could tell her expression with his Haki.

"Can I trouble you more?" Raoh asked.

"You wanna head to some specific place? Not gonna be free."

"I'll pay ya," Raoh said.

If people think of using him, there is nothing wrong with using them first.

All of the sudden, June seemed to be interested in his offer. "So, where are you heading."

"Do you know some group that resists the Fire Nation?" He asked.

"Resist?"

"Yes. "

"I don't know much. They are all wanted, people. The most famous one of them is the White Lotus order. They work hidden, and you can barely approach them. Their leading figures, and the banished prince, are at the top of the bounty lists."

"Oh. Do you have an idea where they might be?"

"There is a near city. Some rumours that their members occasionally pass by that place. If they find you suit their case, they will approach you on their own." June turned her eye to him. Seems that she was making a new plan.

"Take me there," Raoh said as he threw the pouch he had stolen.

June smirked, held it, and put it on her waist. "Well, you started paying your debts."
