Heading to the Capital (1)

Heath felt he was drowning in the middle of a vast lake. However, he felt he could still breathe normally.

In the depths of the lake, he saw the reflection of his childhood.

Harriet, his sister who still looked very young, was giving him a lap pillow, stroking his hair. Her eyes were closed, but she was telling a tale about the Great Knight.

As Heath recalled, it was a very thrilling story. The Great Knight on a white horse braved the hordes of sabre-toothed monsters, opening a path for light to enter the darkness.

And when the light had lit up the universe, he saw the vegetation spreading luxuriantly in all directions. The world then turned into heaven.

“Elder Sister, when I grow up, I want to be a Knight,” Heath said after hearing the story.

Harriet raised her eyebrows, surprised.
