IT’S NOT OVER YET

I opened my eyes and blinked a few times. The room was dimly lit and I was wrapped in the warm blanket. The fireplace was burning and I frowned sitting up slowly.

I could hear water running and I looked towards the bathroom to see the door closed. Draven must be taking a shower. I didn't know what time it was or if it was still dark outside. I climbed out of bed slowly and walked towards the dresser to grab something to put on. I needed to get out of here now that my heat was satisfied. I pulled the curtain back and seen that the moon was still shining bright in the sky. I must have passed out for a while after being with Draven.

"Where are you going?"

I turned around quickly when I heard his voice. I hadn't realized that he had gotten out of the shower. I looked around nervously trying to find the right thing to say. "Well, I was...I wanted to go sleep in the guest room. We did what we needed to do."

"Come here," he whispered softly.
