After their fight ended, Gretta received a wound on her left arm. There were two different wounds. And Leon himself was still intact with one wound on his cheek.

Now both of them were in Gretta's room. Leon was cleaning Gretta's wound to reduce the pain and also to avoid irritation. As for Leon's own wound, it had been cleaned first and was healed now. There were no more scars there.

Originally, Gretta was to be treated by her personal servants, but Leon offered to do so. More precisely, he gave the order that the servants did not need to treat Gretta, let Leon do it.
