Both Kazuma and his friend didn't like the idea of moving out, if the girl were to move out she would never see Kazuma ever again.

She won't be able to hang out with her best friend again, but soon enough Kazuma's best friend left Japan, leading Kazuma to a lonely state up until now.

Seeing Megumin makes her miss her close friend. Enough talking about Kazuma, because Kazuma is a loser and doesn't have friends in his time of being alive. The girl inside his body had a friend, an only friend...

Megumin asked as she looked worried she may have upset the party leader. She didn't know what exactly made him this bummed out all of the sudden, but she was changed of her mindset when Kazuma came out directly to this little red chuuni arsonist.

Ahh, just like Kazuma remembers, his friend is pretty dumb sometimes, but that was the best part of his childhood.

Just doing something dumb because it makes them happy and it was a little bit nostalgic hearing something like that…

...but there are times when this person held a personal grudge for being annoying all the times non-stop without rest, having an annoying friend who is constantly excited every second is a good memory to have, but not experience.

Kazuma seems to have his eyes on the little girl now…

"What?" Megumin asked as she just barely heard what he said.

"I said I'm planning to get a corvette now."

Megumin raises an eyebrow.

"What's a corvette…?" Megumin asked confused, Aqua sighs shaking her head.

After this little girl is gone within their sights Kazuma would probably force Aqua again, and what the hell, maybe bring this innocent girl too. Ugh...

Red crimson eyes, deceiving looks, and a look of someone who isn't confident in anything but their performance in magic.

Kazuma isn't one for grooming a child in his world, he has not passed that disgusting phase, and he will never go there.

But… who's to say you cannot groom one in a non-existent, fantastic and magical world?

And the one who confronted him and his dummy thick ass of a goddess drunkard partner is none other than a cute chuuni loli.

Aqua is still perturbed by the growing Excalibur under their table. If only this kid would run away after seeing this horrifying face of a lolicon, but why has this girl not noticed yet?

...After the mental ranting of Aqua, she just noticed this kids's appearance, it's very familiar to her.

"Hey, those are red eyes, are you from the scarlet demon tribe?" Aqua asked in which Megumin heard as she swiftly went back to character.

"You are correct! I am Megumin, the best magician from the scarlet demon tribe!"

Aqua doubts that this child could be any more powerful than her ancestors and probably other neighbors who could perform better than this child who proclaims her title as the "best" in her tribe.

But as she says, explosions can be quite deadly.

"I'm so powerful that my deadly spell can destroy a mountain! The boulders! THe… the... Earth-"

Megumin suddenly bends her knees and goes into a fall only catching the ground at a second's notice to prevent herself from smacking her face to the ground.

Kazuma quickly got off the bench and kneel to check on her while Aqua just wondered too why she did that all of the sudden.

"You look pretty tired, you want something to eat? I can pretty much buy you something to eat" Kazuma asked as just then Megumin's stomach started to rumble, she hadn't eaten anything at all when she was on her journey here.

"I-I'd appreciate it if you do…"

Kazuma helps Megumin up and onto the bench. What a gentleman, he helps someone who requires desperate help, he also almost showed the desperate Excalibur under its chains of cloth. Megumin was too weak to notice anything but for Aqua she is very SUSpicious of this man.

It's bound to happen, but she wishes he would take his time at least...

Kazuma sits beside Aqua who he bumps and signals to do a very lovely handjob for him, which she quickly refuses. Kazuma has become more confident in asking for more perverted things ever since that drunk accident.

"One more bottle for good measures?" Kazuma said.

After that moment the duo had, they're taking a look at Megumin's adventurer card.

Megumin's quite surprised Kazuma had gotten her a lot of food that she might not even finish, Megumin suggested that maybe one meal will be fine, but Kazuma insisted she eats a lot, and here we are, though she might not be accepted into the group after a few long talks, Megumin eats all of the food she can cause there's never an opportunity like this every day.

Aqua with her arms on the table, Kazuma with his hand on his head, both- (mostly Aqua) -are surprised by Megumin's stats on this specific skill. Explosion Magic.

"Well, adventurer cards can't be forged, or to put it more simply, you can't stack it up. So she really is a high-level magician." Said Aqua.

Kazuma didn't pay much attention to Megumin's card, but more focused on Megumin herself. She looks very happy and satisfied she gets to eat like this.

All thanks to (someone's) his money.

"You know Kazuma, if what she's saying earlier is true, we can use her for explosions, we can take advantage of her!" Aqua said with enthusiasm with a look of someone who's hit a jackpot.

"What do you think?" she asked.

"I don't know. I'm not convinced yet." He says that but he's definitely convinced and wants a loli in his party already, but if he screws up on something, it'll probably mix things up, and makes things harder for Kazuma.

"Oh come on! The card itself doesn't prove anything?"

Kazuma shrugs.

"Dunno, I'm not familiar with how tricks here work, and maybe you're not aware too."

Aqua grumbles but just agrees.

"I guess you make a point…"

The duo looked back at Megumin who stopped eating for a minute, slightly concerned.

"Hey, I appreciate that you see me as a strong individual but… was taking advantage of me really the right word for it…?"

Aqua didn't respond, she just realized what she just said and would never unintentionally say something low-key sexual. Wait no it's not sexual! ...Is it...?

...what has Kazuma turned her into?

"Alright, fine. You convinced me. Just a little, but convincing me more is just a simple test really, we have an ongoing quest, and it's the perfect test for you, what do you say Megumin?" Kazuma waits for an answer.

What she predicts may come true, but she gives a thumbs up with a bright smile, accepting this test!
