"Mr.Saltsman, will probably try to kill you…the Kai from our world killed his fiance and the twin's mother." Hope replied to me telling me something I already know.
"Yes, I gathered as much earlier." I replied to Hope giving her a dry look.
"Are you sure you don't want to meet your dad, in this world…I mean I'll help you do so even if he's not quite the same guy you know." I replied to Hope but trailed off at the pained light that was developing in her eyes.
Getting up and moving closer to Hope on the circular bench couch, putting my arm over her shoulders and pulling her into a hug.
"I get it, you don't want to lose the memories of them man you knew and replace them with a stranger that shares his voice and face, but not his undying, unyielding love for you." I said softly as I used a bit of my empathic abilities to make Hope more open to me.

"Mmm, nearly a lifetime alone in a prison world can give you a lot of insight into the human mind." I hummed my reply.
"Does…being the freak ever get any easier?" Hope asked me softly.
"No, not really but the people who you surround yourself with do…but if you want my advice make peace with yourself and who you are, don't go looking for comfort from other people…they'll 99.9% of the time use you for their own purposes and discard you when they're down with you." I replied to Hope softly knowing that a major part of her issues were her personality itself.

"Diana, Faye and Katherine don't seem like those kinds of people." Hope said to me sounding a little affronted.
"Haha, Katherine was exactly that type of person before we met and fell in love, Faye and Diana…not so much they're good girls through and through, Katherine was a good girl that had to bury that said of her to stay alive…thanks to your father in fact who was hunting her because she didn't want to die for him to break his cures." I replied to Hope feeling amused at Hope already developing some protective feelings for my girls and a very deep comfortableness and interest with and in me.
