28 – Ballroom dance
The main room is decorated, ful of Davids projections and Shiros plushies. David, Taggi, Ai, Mira and Sei are already there. Shiro comes in. She runs to Ai.
SHIRO: Ai look at my hair! Akane made it!
Ai turns around and blushes.
SHIRO: What? You don't like it?
Ai smiles.
AI: I love it.
Shiro giggles and grabs Ais hand.
SHIRO: Common let's go dancing.
Sei sees Mira sitting alone. David comes to him.
DAVID: Go on. Ask her for a dance.
SEI: Me... right now?
DAVID: Oh, just go or I'll ask her.
SEI: Okay, okay I'm going.
He akwardly comes to her.
SEI: Hey Mira, do you want to dance?
MIRA: A-aaa me?
SEI: Do you see any other Mira here?
Mira smiles, a blush spreading through her face and goes dancing with him. Taggi is watching everyone dance. David sneaks behind him.
DAVID: Do you want to dance too?
TAGGI: Don't come behind me like that.
He looks down and frowns.
TAGGI: I don't know how to dance.
DAVID: Good.
He takes his hands.
DAVID: I don't know how to either.
He pulls him to the dance floor.
SHIRO: What's taking Akane so long?
As soon as she says that Akane comes in. They all stop. She gets nurves because everyone is staring at her. Mira notices that Sei blushed.
MIRA: Go to her. Ask her for a dance.
SEI: But I-I... What about you?
Mira pushes him.
MIRA: Don't worry about me.
Sei goes to Akane and asks her.
SEI: Okay I'm gonna be straightforward... You look beautiful.
Akane smiles.
AKANE: Thank you... you too.
SEI: Ummm so you want to dance?
Akane nods, Sei takes her hand and they start dancing. David notices Mira. He looks at Taggi.
DAVID: Taggi would you resent if I take Mira for a dance?
TAGGI: Very.
David smiles and kisses him on the cheek.
DAVID: The next dance is ours okay?
He runs to Mira before Taggi realises what had happened. Shiro grabs his hand and pulls him.
SHIRO: Come dance with us!
Ai, Shiro and Taggi dance on. David comes to Mira.
DAVID: Do you mind if I take you for a spin?
MIRA: I wouldn't mind.
As they're dancing.
DAVID: Why didn't you continue dancing with Sei?
MIRA: What do you mean?
DAVID: Common Mira we all know you had a crush on him since you came here.
MIRA: W-what!? That's not true.
DAVID: Nothing's wrong with that.
MIRA: I know...
She looks down.
MIRA: But I can't. I see how he looks at Akane. It's different than the one he gives me.
She looks at David.
MIRA: You can't force someone to love you.
DAVID: You're right.
AI: Okay people! Let's spice things up!
Everyone looks at them. They throw a ball and a portal appears. They reach in it and take out alcohol and smiles. Mira roles her eyes.
MIRA: Such a drama queen.
DAVID: Yup that is our Ai.
