"If given a chance, who would you rather, Daniel or me?" Owen asked. 

"Now that's a tough one." Chugging down the leftover champagne directly from the bottle, she said, "I need some time to think."

Her Double Trouble

After the meeting was over, Owen and Daniel were asked to stay back by Theodor as he wanted to talk to them about something important. 


"So what do you wanna talk about?" Glancing at his watch, Owen added, "I have another meeting in about ten minutes, so I hope it's something short and sweet." 


"I heard that the Vice President is retiring soon." 


"You heard the right thing," Daniel remarked. "Brother and I have personally requested Mr. Lee to continue working until we find someone as capable as him." 


"And if I am not wrong, we have already started looking for candidates." When Daniel nodded, Owen got up from his seat. "Don't worry, grandpa. We won't give such an important position to any Tom Dick or Harry who just wanna leach on our company." 


Just then, Vincent excused himself and stepped outside.
