SECRETS

Two figures went down a village road. The first one a tall, bony man, had a calm face, the second one a short, energetic man. He constantly moved. They searched for something. For what? They stopped. High above, in clouds, a silhouette of dragon emerged.

What could that mean? Is this it? Is that the thing they searched for. Maybe…yes…correct…truly interesting.

The light shinned upon them, the dragon shade moved from its stop, a different location, revealing the next clue in their quest. The ray of light traveled until he found place to stop. On the nearby lake, or to be precise under the lake. Something glimmered under the clear water`s surface.

Something that wasn't meant to be there. What? A sword unknown. A sword dwarf made. With jewels hidden in hilt and pommel.

What was this sword doing here? Why is it here? What does it mean to them? Everything. The next clue is found.

The first figure lifted the sword high above his head.

The large red pommel jewel gave location of the next clue.

They were on the right trail.

Through the forest, the path led, trough ice covered bushes and sword covered trees. The trail was fresh. The next clue is near. A large wolf appeared from the snow covered oak. A wolf? Oak? It`s the only oak in this large hidden forest. Is the oak the next clue? Maybe… yes… there is nothing else that stands from the surrounding. The oak was the only that didn't belonged here. It has to be it.

They were more than sure. The next clue is here. There is no other option. It`s here. They moved closer. Strange mist appeared from the oak. They stood silent. This was something new. A mist-ship formed, traveled across the sky. What is the meaning of this? They didn't know. They left without a word. The faint shape of the city moved over the hills. The entire scenery was colored in a warm reddish hue. They entered through the main gate.

The guard, in front of, the guardhouse, stood silent, dreamy.

That night, in the inn, the two figures wanted what all of this meant.

"There is, something hidden here," the first one said, "something that we don`t see."

"True, replied the second."

"What`s with the ship?"

"I wish I knew."

"We need to find out."

"How?"

"It`s a riddle."

"What type of riddle?"

"A complex one."

"True."

"The ship has something to do with it."

"Correct."

"How?"

"Don`t know."

In the back from the a large landscape map shinned when the volcan activated or the water level changed. At that very moment, a new river appeared. Blue ink spread over the map.

The first one turned.

"Look at the spot on the map."

On a place under the mountain, on the spot, where the blue ink and the green color of the hill meet, a place is marked. What`s in that place, they wondered? Did they found out? That part we don`t know. Wind howled in that place on the map. That place was no other than the castle Rother. Above the castle the heraldic crest danced on the wind.

"Will they find out?" asked the wizard in green. His beard was shaped into a fine point.

"Who knows," said the wizard red. He looked like a lion with mane of red hair to match. Both of them were in fur.
