" Ev wake up "

I put the pillow over my head to prevent myself from hearing my mom's screaming

why the hell should I wake up. It's not like the world will stop if I sleep in peace.

" Evee, you're going to be late for the exam "

I slowly opened my eyes to be met with the ceiling

What the hell is going on and what am I doing here.... I loocked at the room thinking that it's a beautiful room until i saw the clock in the wall

I furrowed my eyebrows, not understanding which day we are, what was going on here, I lifted my body softly, rubbing my hair as all the information passed through my mind at lightning speed.

the Exam damn I'm gonna be late

I quickly jumped out of bed, but my feet got stuck in the blanket so I fell on my face

Ah, I broke my nose

I rubbed my nose and loosened my feet and quickly ran into the bathroom while I took off my clothes and threw them across the room and started washing my red hair and rubbing my body quickly

Where's the towel?

I screamed angry as I run naked to the closet and get out a new towel

I dried my body quickly and wrapped it around my hair looking for the damn school uniform to wear

" Mom I couldn't find the dam- ... I mean the stupid outfit " I asked my mom while looking everywhere

" It's hanging behind the door hurry up your brother is waiting outside to pick you up "

I quickly put the uniform on and put on my socks and shoes, grabbed my bag and jacket and ran to the kitchen

I grabbed an apple and ran out to find my little brother waiting in the car.

" What is that over your head? "

I stopped in front of the car door looking at him as he was laughing. Well what's so funny you idiot I should have killed you the day you were born , i thought in my mind as i said quietly " what ?" 

I really don't dare to curse in front of him. No I'm not afraid of him I can break him in seconds

But this bastard here love to run to our parents and tell them everything i do or say . I rolled my eyes at his behaiver than I remembered the towel over my head

I laughed lightly at my stupidity and opened the car door to get in, then took off the towel and threw it back and started fixing  my hair.

" Hurry up you idiot, I'm already late "

He started the car and drove to school

" You know it's seven "

I looked at him in confusion

" How !! it was eight ! doesn't the time goes the other way around"

Seconds and I was cursing. I was the one who asked my mother yesterday to wake me up early, but this is really a cruel way. I focused my eyes on the road thinking about everything.

" Are you excited ? "

I turned to my brother asking about what

" Your birthday is in two days away "

My 18th birthday is an important day for us but for me I'm really nervous

" I do not know " I said in a quiet voice

I felt his hand pat my hair " Hey, don't worry, everything will be fine "

I smiled softly and gratefully to him and thought about school trying to keep my birthday out of my thoughts. The last thing I wanted was to panic before the damn final exam.

I spotted the school gate and my friend Bella was next to it . She must be waiting for me.

I said goodby to my brother and ran to her " Morning "

She hugged me lightly " I can't believe you came so early. This is out of the ordinary "

I rolled my eyes and walked towards the exam hall " It's just because of the exam "

" I know I know "

I looked at her for a long time. Well, there is something strange, and she smells different. I stopped and she stopped in front of me, looking at me confused

" So "

I spoke softly, waiting for her to tell me what happened yesterday

but she just kept looking back. So i explained for her " Well, your eyes are shining, your hands are shaking , your heartbeat is fast, your breath is racing, and there is a strange smell stuck to you. "

She looked away , and I watched her quietly, giving her the time she needs to answer " I found my mate "

My eyes widened as I stared at her surprised before I smiled softly and happy for her and walked to hall as I heard her ask " What ? You are not going to say something? "

I gave her side looks as I said " I'm not supposed to say anything "

I felt her stop walking, so I turned to her

" Why !? " She asked in a quiet voice and i could feel the sadness in it so I answered softly

" Well, you weren't going to tell me "

She spoke right away " No, of course I was going to tell you , you are my only best friend I just wanted to tell you after the exam "

I turned and completed my walk to the hall " Come on then the exam will start and I want the details "

Bella sat next to me, I don't know if she was nervous because of the exam or her mate because she couldn't stop shaking

I rolled my eyes with boredom because the teacher was late. I put my head on the table to rest a little before the teacher comes. Beside me, Bella would review what she studied. This exam is important so that we can graduate from this damned school and head to the college .

Perhaps I will not enter the college ., because I do not need it, and I will work with my father only, I did not even need to enter this school, but because my luck is cursed, my father forced me to do so

It's like a stupid tradition in the family I sighed in relief It's good that I finished these years and will not be back in here again.... I woke up to Bella's jabs on my arm so I raised my head and straighten my hair Watching the teacher distribute the papers
