First Target - Chapter 29

Alan takes a deep breath and smiles.

After Alan decides what to do, he makes a simple point.

He needed to scout for targets. If not, he will not be able to complete the execution mission in time. which is no good deal for himself at all.

In the end, everything is as it should be. Only later-added thoughts make things complicated.

Alan starts to walk faster through the streets of the broken city.

He is more careful as time goes on, as it is only to be expected that if he is not careful enough, things will not be good enough for him.

"More hunting targets means more points."

"The more points I collect, the better for my power and survival rate."

Alan was more careful because of the last encounter with the zombie wolf and after seeing that zombies are not a big threat to himself.

He got a little bit arrogant and maybe a little bit uncareful. which is not a good thing at all.

In the end, it would lead to his demise. which he did not want.

"I believe it is natural for new people to be washed away with power illusions.

It is easy to get drunk with the feeling of new powers, which will result in the death of the drunk person or group."

Alan also knew that he could use this reality.

If newcomers are all filled with some sort of arrogance and feel overwhelmed with their new powers, magical or not, he can use this to take care of the enemies that he may not be able to take care of with just pure power and physical power.

Alan moved forward with these thoughts. He heard the sound of the system.

"Ding"

"One execution target, named "Lelila Alder," is located 5 kilometers south of the user."

Alan hears the sound of a small door opening in front of his eyes.

The map only showed a red dot and nothing else.

Which means that Pandora is only helping him when it comes to finding targets.

not by any kind of city planning or enemies. Alan just smiled and then started to move even faster.

5 km is not a long distance at all if he knows exactly where the target is.

He needed to explore the target more, understand its weaknesses, and ambush it when the time arose.

He is not keen on entering direct fights unless they are necessary. which is a hunter's mindset.

He is not a warrior or a Roman gladiator; he does not need to put on a show.

The best way for him to survive is to kill the target before the target knows about him.

He thought about making spears from the branches. but thinking that there were metal pipes around him.

It is better to make spears from metal pipes than from tree branches.

As he kept moving, he picked up some metal pipes from the ground.

He made certain that they were both sharp enough to be used as a spear and heavy enough to do enough damage.

He wasn't afraid of shooting speed or range because his physical strength had grown significantly since the first mission.
