Poor Woman and Murder - Chapter 36

Alan does not stop at all. He sprints at Elonar, launching attack after attack.

Despite Alan's strength, Elonar can block sword swings.

But the problem is not the physical power of the enemy. It is the speed of the enemy.

The enemy's speed is a real threat, Elonar; she only sees the attacks and then blocks them at the last second.

Alan recognizes this pattern, and then a smile forms on his face. Face to face, two individuals feel different kinds of emotions.

Alan feels a rush of excitement. Elonar, on the other hand, feels something is not right.

She starts to see her past. Everything moves pretty quickly in her vision, and seconds later, Alan performs a sword-slashing move with a feint.

First, he slashes his sword from up and right, but two slashes are not completed and cut down in the middle.

Before, Elonar positioned herself to stop the incoming attack, but she was too late.

"Flicks."

The head of Elonar drops to the ground. A clean slice coming from the left side was all it took.

"Thumb"

The head drops on the ground, creating an abnormally high sound, and rolls down to the lake,

behind Elanor.

The ding sound resonates in Alan's head.

"Target Executed"

"1 Pandora Point Rewarded"

Alan starts to inspect the corpse of Elonar, trying to find items or anything. He understood that he was not going to find anything and left the scene as quickly as he could.

He starts running with full power toward the city. The reason is simple.

He knows that this woman has a group. If they find her corpse and him, they will chase him until the end of the earth.

He shouldn't be found.

After two hours

Three people are looking at the headless corpse of Elonara, and then they look at each other. They are not speaking.

They are not going to speak at all. except for the sound of the lake and the occasional sound of small animals and birds in the forest, there are no other sounds.

-

Alan comes back to his house and sits on his couch as he drinks water and starts eating. He is tired not because of the battle but because of running from the scene.

He may have inspected the corpse with more time, but he did not have time. He does not want to get caught in a fight with more than two to three people in the forest.

He trusts himself, but there is no need for him to take a risk.

"Everything went according to plan."

"I have one more Pandora Point, and this duel and battle between myself and this woman taught me what I lack right now."

Alan smiles and takes a deep breath as he lies down a little. He needs to rest.
